Beautiful sophisticated décor 2+Den/2BA second floor condo. Scenic view of the Cypress 11 tee/lake, fairway, and landscape area. Front and back lanai, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, microwave/convection oven, and vaulted ceilings. 10 min walking distance to championship 27 hole golf course, beautiful clubhouse, active tennis/pickleball courts, fitness centre, practice areas and aqua range and a main pool and five neighbourhood pools. Very friendly active community. Best location and golf in Naples.

The Best Winter Ever

The owners of this beautiful golf verandah were amazing to work with. Both owners answered every question quickly and we’re so pleasant! The condo has beautiful sunrise and golf views. The location is awesome as well- walking distance to the fabulous club house as well as being close to the neighborhood pool. We hope to come back in the future!

Snowbirding

Our stay at Heritage Bay was wonderful. Peter was very easy t work with, and was very timely in responding to any questions we had. The condo is lovely, furnishings are very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and there were plenty of towels, including beach towels. Would definitely rent from Peter again.

Perfect North Naples Winter Respite! Golf Galore!

We just spent a perfect pandemic winter in the very comfortable confines of Heritage Bay. This "Veranda" 2 bedroom plus unit was a great fit for the 2 of us for 4 months; super layout, really comfortable furniture, extremely well stocked and supplied, and with superb sunrise views from the main terrace. It is graciously managed by a lovely couple from Toronto, who went above an beyond to make our stay comfortable. We especially enjoyed the 27 holes of golf, mixing up 2 nines each time, whereby it never got old (even weeks where I snuck out there 6 days of 7)! My personal favorite was finishing in the late afternoon sun on Cypress...absolutely gorgeous. The location is 10 minutes or less to everything you need in life. Sprouts Green Market, Whole Foods, Araya Sushi, Thai Udon shop, NY Pizza takeout, etc....and only another 20 minutes to get 'downtown' to 5th Ave. Being cautious during pandemic lockdown, we never really got into going out often, but the options were plentiful. Near the end of our stay, the outdoor cafe at HB opened up, and we might great use of that, day, post golf, and a few dinners...great setting....even new petanque (bocce) courts. We felt blessed to be able to live most of our days/eves outdoors, whether tennis, golf, or sunset picnicking by the lake. Daily miles long morning walks were fantastic, with excellent footpaths. The weather was, of course, superb (Dec-Apr). Our favorite time spent, after golf, was probably sitting on the terrace for morning sunrise coffee, watching the early birds tee off on Cypress 11 (entertaining always, hilarious often), and listening to and watching the cornucopia of real birds and other wildlife right outside our porch. The birding was incredible! (And we're not birders-lol). All in all, we were very grateful to have spent such a lovely winter at this perfectly outfitted condo at Heritage Bay. A special thank you to our hosts for making it so.
