Location, Location! Well kept beach getaway, steps from the ocean & dune grass!


Please enjoy our 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Condo, located on the ground floor at the West end of building #9 - with sweeping ocean and dune views.

We offer you a generously equipped kitchen to create your favorite meals. Bedroom has a king bed and TV, spacious bathroom with a large jetted tub, pull out sleeper sofa in living room (orients toward large windows & view). Open floor plan includes kitchen to maximize ocean and dune views. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, watch waves and the beautiful dune grass - then fill the rest of your day with outdoor adventure. We recommend to bring extra house footwear, for use in condo - this helps reduce lots of sand being tracked inside, as there is lots of it nearby :)

If you can't quite squeeze it all in by 11am, feel to inquire about a late check out / check in, which we are happy to offer if timing and scheduling with housekeeping works out.

The place was clean, kitchen well stocked, bed was comfortable, and it was just steps away from the beach! We did bring our own folding chairs for the patio, knowing that the ocean environment can take a toll on furniture that lives outside.The host was very responsive to any questions we had-We would definitely come back again!A tip for takeout- there's a pizza place near the airport and the food was delicious, but it was so busy that next time we will call in an order at least an hour ahead. Best gluten free pizza I've ever had and my husband loved his Stromboli.

Gary's place is great. I love that it's on the ground floor with a view of the ocean and just steps from the beach. The kitchen is well appointed and the furniture was comfortable. The dishwasher worked great, as did the washer and dryer. The shower was delightful. The proximity to town is perfect, and truly the beach just outside the door is incredible. My only complaint is with the condo complex as a whole. It's incredibly loud and poorly insulated. You can hear dogs above you, TVs on either side and conversations from the neighbors, particularly if they happen to be yellers, which ours unfortunately were this time. This has nothing to do with Gary's place, of course. The pool and hot tub are nice unless they're too crowded. But really the star of the show is the beach. I would definitely rent this place again, but bring some ear plugs next time.
