This well decorated pet friendly unit on the ground level is perfect for those traveling with little ones, whether 2 legged or 4. Enjoy the beach themed decor and warm summer colors the owner has picked out for their beach vacation home. The large dining room table provides the perfect setting for family meals or games. The large kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs and functions well for multiple chefs. It overlooks the living room and dining room so you are always part of the conversation. Beach and walking trail access is just a few steps away out the back gate.




In addition to all the comforts of home in your beach vacation condo, your stay with us includes total access to all the amenities our property has to offer. This includes a large hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy play-field perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and playground for the little ones.

Soak up the sunshine and relax on one of the many park benches and watch the activities. No worries, its time to have fun at the beach!

A Salty Christmas Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came down to the ocean to celebrate a family Christmas getaway. The unit was clean and welcoming. It was easy to find all necessary things (extra blankets, towels, cooking utensils) and is easy access to the dune trails from the back porch. The master bed was really uncomfortable, and made it hard to get to and stay asleep. We ended up leaving a night early because the bed was so uncomfortable. The hideabed in the couch was more comfortable than the master! This was the only complaint, however. Thank you for the great Christmas memory and we will be back soon!

Sorry to hear the bed wasn't to your liking, we haven't had similar complaints and understand bed firmness might not always match up with personal preference. The condo was clean and the location is great, nice being able to walk back and forth to the beach so easily. The amenities (pool, hot tub, basketball court, etc.) were a bonus for our kids. It was also nice that the condo we stayed in allowed our dog to come with us. It was the perfect last minute getaway. We had a great time, we would stay at these condos again.

For example, no spices, games, books. It was not a problem for me to throw in a few extras from home to accommodate for this limitation. The location and amenities were great. I am thankful we were able to use the back gate to access the beach and we tried to be respectful of our neighbors that shared that back gate access.

Everything here was fine. It was mostly clean (some crumbs under the coffee table when we moved it to use the sofa bed), but also very spare. No games, empty bookshelves, more like a hotel than a VRBO. The bed in the bedroom was shockingly hard, like a cement block. If that's your thing, you'll love it. It's not mine, and my shoulders and back hurt in the morning. The sofa bed was laughably uncomfortable, zero support and a very thin mattress. My 18 yo son ended up just sleeping on the couch. There's only one fan, so either the bedroom or the living room gets air movement, but not both. It's great that they allow dogs, but you can't leave them in the condo alone, so we couldn't enjoy the pool together since one of us had to stay behind with them. The property is great. I've stayed in other units and had a better experience. But this was fine

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We left after the first of three nights because the unit is sandwiched between other units--you can see into the neighboring unit through the side window--and the back door faces a turnaround and parking lot at the adjacent state park. The unit was clean, but the couch cushions are worn and dirty. We were hoping for a view, but you can't see the water without walking down the path a hundred yards or so. Not what we were expecting.

We're sorry you did not get what you were expecting. If an alternative condo had been available we'd have certainly give you that option but this was over Labor Day Weekend and everything was sold out. We try very hard to represent the condos we manage truthfully and honestly through the pictures, 3D tours, and reviews from past guests. and have done so for over 15 years. Blinds are on all units so privacy is there if guests want it. We do have many oceanfront and oceanview condos and are happy to help guests pick which one meets their needs the best, all you have to do is ask before booking.

Moldy Musty Westport Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit had visible mold throughout and unbearable musty odor. The couch pictured in the online listing as white is actually stained with urine on every surface. Property management sent a cleaning crew who told us they didn’t know why they were sent because there’s nothing they can do. Odor and mold made us physically ill even after airing the unit out for several hours. It was so unbearable we had to cut our vacation short and leave after one night. We offered just one night refund and told to refer additional communication through Airbnb. Despite this host refused to provide any additional compensation. Grounds are well maintained and other units appeared better but stay in this unit or with this company ever again
