Enjoy the tranquility of the patio for unobstructed views of the dune grass glowing in the setting sun. The large picture windows let you follow the sun as it slowly sets into the Pacific. The beach trail is just a few steps away to the beach and tranquil Pacific Ocean beyond. Following a dip in the ocean or walk on the beach, warm up with a soak in the large jetted tub. The kitchen overlooks the living room letting you enjoy the company of friends and family. Even in mid-winter you can bundle up and dash out for a quick taste of the wind and waves without freezing. This unit is a wonderful vacation spot for couples.




In addition to all the comforts of home in your beach vacation condo, your stay with us includes total access to all the amenities our property has to offer. This includes a large hot tub, heated seasonal swimming pool, barbeque grills, and well equipped exercise center at the clubhouse. There is also a large grassy play-field perfect for the kids, a basketball court, putting green, horseshoe pits, and playground for the little ones. Soak up the sunshine and relax on one of the many park benches and watch the activities. No worries, its time to have fun at the beach!

Lovely, relaxing place

This was a wonderful stay, even with summer drizzle. The pool was warm, and the unit was spacious, refreshing and comfortable. Our dog and kids had a blast, and we enjoyed the Indiana Jones DVD : )

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My girlfriend and I brought our two dogs to stay at a paw-some place for 8 nights. This was not our first time at vacations by the sea, but it was our first time in this room. The room was great! It was right by the entrance to the beach, everything was nice and clean upon arrival, and the kitchen was amazing. We ate in for all of our meals, so that was important. The living room is also nice and cozy, and the bedroom was large and comfortable. I spoke to management when adding days to our stay, and they were very nice and helpful every time we talked. I would definitely recommend vacations by the sea AND room 613 to anyone who loves the ocean, and to anyone with a dogs.

What a gem of a place! Property manager was extremely communicative/helpful. The unit itself was beautiful and looked just as advertised. The proximity to the beach and all of the community amenities was fantastic. My family hopes to stay here again! We made great memories and the only negative was when our time to go home came!

Beach location was awesome and easily accessible. At the current time there is ongoing construction during the week, none on the weekend. But this is to simply beautify the entire property and was of no disruption to us. One single minor complaint was the comfort of the sofa for enjoying TV in the evenings. But it’s a sleeper sofa which are not always comfortable for seat. Great weekend this is our new favorite property and location.

It’s a great location and the place is so cute, but this time we noticed the carpet is looking and smelling a little too “pet friendly” - it may be time to upgrade flooring to hard surface flooring. We had an overwhelming smell of carpet deodorizer during our stay and noticed one or two suspicious circular spots on the carpet near the kitchen....

It didn’t distract from our stay, except for a short period when we couldn’t use the patio.There were a few basic kitchen staples we needed for the kitchen, but over all paper products were there for our use.

We loved the ocean view from the first floor, and how easy it was to walk to the beach - it's RIGHT there. The condo was clean, quiet and even had fans to use. The only thing we missed from the place we used to stay at Ocean Shores was a list of available tv channels (or having the TV's programmed to only show available channels). Not a big deal at all! As far as the pet friendly aspect, it'd be helpful to have a little map of the closest area to take dogs out to for each building. We eventually figured it out but were worried we were in the wrong area when we first arrived since it was dark.

The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The only thing lacking (in my opinion and not a reflection of the unit) was the lack of check out instructions (ie towels, sheets, dishes, garbage). We used common sense but who knows if we hit all the marks.
