Cotinière is a pretty village of sinners. Nice apartment in the heart of the cotinière 2 steps from the port and shops. It is located in a residence with swimming pool open (from June 15 to September 15) located on the ground floor quiet with the beach in front ... Renovated in 2016 you will enjoy a very well equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, a large fridge and plenty of storage.
The room will allow you if you want to put a cot and it has 1 large closet and a TV.
The living room is spatieuse with 2 sofa beds (rapido) with a 15cm bultex bedding for a very comfortable bed, tv, bathroom with shower and toilet spatieuse.
A small terrace not closed and full foot will allow you to take your meals outside.
You will have access to a patio allowing you to store your bikes and dry your clothes (on the side of the terrace with access common to other residents)
; and parking within the residence. (in front of the apartment)
All to spend a pleasant holiday ...
We do not accept pets and non-smoking accommodation.
