Charming villa, quiet, 4 bedrooms, heated pool, near beach.

This large charming villa of 140 m2 with heated swimming pool and fenced garden will allow you to spend a pleasant holiday, in peace, with friends or family.
Located in a residential area, the villa can accommodate 7 to 8 people. The ground floor opens onto the south-west facing garden with large wooden terrace around the secure heated swimming pool (motorized cover with bars and alarm). It has a bright living room with a library available, a large, functional and well-equipped kitchen and two bedrooms (160x200 beds) with two bathrooms and two separate toilets. Upstairs, office space on the mezzanine and two bedrooms, one with a 140x190 bed and the other a 90x190 bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed.
Bikes are available to explore the many cycle paths in the region.
A gas barbecue / plancha is also available in the garden.
A travel cot is available on request.
Wifi access.
Possibility to park two cars inside.
The house is located near Arcachon, its beaches, restaurants and entertainment, a few minutes from the center of La Teste, its famous market and the oyster port and a few kilometers from the large ocean beaches.
Shops, banks, pharmacy nearby.

Fantastic property in a great location which was very well appointed. The kids loved the heated pool and toys in their rooms. Our hosts were very welcoming and provided great recommendations on exploring the local area.

Our Stay

The property, gardens and pool were beautiful. Delphine and Alain were wonderful hosts always available to give us advice on restaurants , beaches and places to visit in the area. All in all we had a lovely holiday in Arcachon. We would highly recommend this Villa to anybody and look forward to returning again one day. Many thanks Mike and family.

Refuge cosy au cœur du bassin

Charmante villa pour des vacances en famille pour découvrir le bassin d’Arcachon. Idéalement située , à deux pas de la dune du pilat, des plages et d’Arcachon, en voiture ou à vélo. La maison et la décoration sont identiques aux photos! Commerces à proximité et marché gourmand a quelques pas. Un grand merci à Delphine et Alain , nos hôtes pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité!

Comme à la maison !

Nous venons de passer 1 semaine dans la maison de Delphine et sa famille. Après un accueil très chaleureux nous avons découvert une maison vraiment très propre de même que la propriété parfaitement entretenue. La maison est bien située (proche de la dune, des commerces, du bassin). Nous conseillons les yeux fermés cette maison. Merci encore Delphine !

Semaine de vacances avec nos amis

La maison est très jolie, spacieuse, fonctionnelle permettant à 2 familles (4 adultes, 3 enfants et 1 bébé) de vivre très agréablement pour les vacances. L'espace véranda-terrasse-jardin et piscine est vraiment magnifique. La maison est située parfaitement pour visiter la région, en voiture par contre. Plus difficile avec des jeunes enfants de rayonner en vélo, aussi parceque le Bassin est grand. Nous avons passé une super semaine. La communication a été très agréable, avant, pendant et après notre séjour. Merci!

Très belles vacances dans cette maison

La maison était conforme à l’annonce sur Abritel et très bien située dans la région (prêt d’Arcachon et des plages en voiture). Tout a été parfait avec nos hôtes, Delphine et Alain, de la réservation, à l’accueil, durant notre séjour et jusqu’à notre départ. La maison était très propre, la piscine a été nettoyée pendant notre séjour de deux semaines. Les draps et les serviettes étaient fournis (franchement un plus), il y avait tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour la cuisine (bien assez de couverts) et des vélos (3 pour adulte et 1 pour enfant). Je recommande cette maison et leurs hôtes et remercie Delphine et Alain pour leur accueil.

Formidable séjour.

Un séjour très agréable dans un environnement magnifique et calme. La villa est très chaleureuse et bien décorée. On se sent tout de suite comme chez soi. L'extérieur est bien agencé avec un beau jardin arboré et une très belle piscine chauffée. La villa est parfaitement située entre la Teste, Arcachon et la plage du Pyla. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille. Enfin, je tiens à remercier Delphine et son Mari pour l'accueil fantastique et amabilité. Des personnes sérieuses et très serviables.
