Enjoy a relaxing Sea Pines vacation while staying at this beautifully decorated, ground level villa with an open floor plan and breathtaking rear lagoon view. Just a quick 5 minute walk to our beautiful Atlantic Ocean beaches-just use beach access #45 just across N. Sea Pines Drive. The bridge over the lagoon in back ends at a well maintained practice putting green that you can use. 1/2 mile to 600 acre forest preserve with horseback guided tours daily and electric boat echo tours. Bedroom configuration is King in Master and 2 double beds in guest bedroom.

This villa is pet friendly, however please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you!

Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. Passes are $125 for a family weekly pass. Daily and individual passes are available. Register for your pass at southbeachpool.com.

As with all of our villas, enjoy a couple of free bikes for exploring Harbor Town, South Beach, and the miles of winding paths. We keep our kitchens well stocked for food preparation and pride ourselves on the practices and thoroughness of our cleaning company. We also provide a free fitness center pass to a local gym, free WIFI, free tennis at South Beach and discounts on additional bike rentals. The pictures tell the story--all that is missing is you!

We loved this property and the location, it didn't hurt that the weather was perfect for our two week stay. The home was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the sunroom and the outdoor space. Our dog Bear was welcomed. The kitchen had up to date pots and pans, even knives, and things were easy to find. One thing to improve on would be more essentials like proper fitting coffee filters, some salt and pepper, left over plastic wrap, laundry soap from previous guests.

Cozy location

This location is just close enough to the beach without breaking the bank. The shaded back porch view of the putting green and pond is a beautiful spot rain or shine to take a nap or read a book. Kitchen was well stocked and the unit was clean. The location within Sea Pines is far enough for privacy, but not perfect for accessing the rest of Hilton Head. Definitely on our radar for the next stay!

Perfect Location

We had a great stay at this property. It’s a short walk to beach and having access to the Sea pines beach club was an awesome perk. We parked there each morning for a few hours at the beach and having the showers and bathrooms was nice. The pool at South beach was never really crowded either. Sitting and enjoying coffee or a cocktail in the sunroom while watching the alligators swim by was another highlight. Definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed taking our dogs to the beach every morning for walks, chasing the ball and meeting other dogs. This location was super convenient for the beach, the Beach club, Harbor Town and Caligney.
