Grandview ~ Riverfront with play set, hot tub, kayaks and outdoor patio
Welcome to Grandview! A 1050 square foot two bedroom/two bath waterfront cabin perched on a bluff above the lower Mountain Fork River. Grandview has a huge river deck and a concrete platform at the river level for easy access to the crystal clear water for swimming, kayaking, fishing or enjoying your morning cup of coffee. There is also a covered patio with a seasonal outdoor fireplace, heaters, and a TV so rain won't keep you from enjoying your time at the river!
OUR FAVORITE THINGS ABOUT GRANDVIEW -hot tub with river views -a fire pit that also has river views and we provide the firewood -horseshoe pits and corn hole boards -floor to ceiling windows to take in the river views -bedrooms on separate floors for privacy -kayaks included to be used on site

There is also a gas fireplace for the colder months (disconnected during summer months). Plenty of seating with a couch, love seat, and recliner.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS If you'd like to do a longer float, contact Wild Goose Kayak Rentals. They're just 3 minutes from the cabin! They offer 3 different float trips to fit your exact needs. A quick 15-minute drive will get you to downtown Broken Bow for restaurants and lots of choices for boutique shopping. A 25-minute drive north will take you to Hochatown, Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake. Enjoy hiking the trails or sampling the food trucks and restaurants. There is also the petting zoo and a drive through safari. Tons of outdoor activities like zip lining, boat tours, ATV and jeep rentals, pontoon rentals, guided fishing trips, and golfing can be enjoyed while there. Our area also has plenty of spas to choose from or even in cabin traveling massage therapists. Don't forget about our local wineries and breweries!
PETS Up to two dogs are allowed at Grandview with an additional $100 pet fee. Please include your pets in your initial reservation.
RIVER ACCESS Some cabins in our area boast about being "close" to Mountain Fork River, but we are on Mountain Fork and you have access to the water at your cabin for fishing or swimming. The water level does fluctuate depending on the release schedule from the Corp of Engineers at the lake. We have no way to predict the river level since release is based on rain and the amount of electricity needing to be produced. It's pretty safe to say that during the summer, the water level will be normal or low, which means it will be about waist deep in front of the cabin.
ADDITIONAL SPACE Have more than 6 in your group? Kingfisher and Hideaway are on each side of Grandview, but close enough to enjoy the river together!
RULES Please read the rental agreement carefully. It basically states you won’t sue us and the pet fee will be deducted from your security deposit if you don’t pay it. The security deposit is a hold placed on the credit card on file, not an actual charge. It will be released after your check out when no damage is caused to the property. The security deposit for Grandview is $300.

I can’t imagine a more beautiful and peaceful setting. So many great accommodations to just sit and enjoy the breathtaking views of the river. The hot tub and fire pit were very relaxing. The house was comfortable, equipped with dishes, cookware, coffee and tea. We had a great time!

Really great place
Great cabin amazing experience! Very considerate and well appointed! For example they had an ice machine, little things like dedicated spots for tv controllers too many things to list. They even had charcoal by the grill, and a place that stored firewood out of the rain. Really great place
Wonderful and relaxing stay at this cabin. It was super clean and comfortable!!! The s’mores kit was a cherry on top! Will definitely book this cabin again
We cannot wait to return! The cabin was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with necessary supplies. The gift of s’more and a bottle of wine was a sweet welcome gift. The best part for us were the kayaks. We so enjoyed the river!
My family of four travels frequently, and this was by far one of our favorite finds! The property was just as described. We really enjoyed all the outdoor spaces and activities. Being right on the river was perfect! We enjoyed kayaking as a family, and my son fished nonstop. We hope to return soon! Also--there was a minor problem with the A/C, and the only reason I'm mentioning it is to point out that it was fixed immediately with excellent communication with the host and zero interruption to our stay. Top notch management and overall awesome property!

Stay was great and just what we were looking for.
Cabin was great. Very clean, very peaceful, and just as described. We will definitely book a return trip.
Loved the cabin. We are a family of 6 and the Grandview cabin was very spacious, well maintained and well lit. I loved that everything was stocked up in the bathrooms and the kitchen. The only negative thing I have to say is there were a lot of spider webs outside around the light fixtures. Given that its summer and its in the woods I can see why there were so many spiders, mosquitos and flies, but overall the service and the cabin - AMAZING!
