This 4000 square foot home with 6 Bedrooms plus den, 3 1/2 bathrooms is perfect for family reunions or vacations with multiple families. With 3 separate living areas and a complete Master retreat, this home has everything your group could possibly want in a mountain vacation. Accommodating up to 16 guests, there is still plenty of space for everyone in the family to enjoy!

The home sits nestled among aspen and pine trees in the quiet Fraser neighborhood called Winter Park Ranch. There is a spacious, secluded outdoor patio that follows the house around to the back, lower level. The large deck has a private hot tub, lots of seating and BBQ grill. The walkout lower level patio is covered and looks out to a beautiful meadow. We have a full size washer and dryer and 2 car garage for you to use. There is also a large, clean sauna in the lower level for you to unwind after a day on the slopes.

Right as you enter the home, you will notice the pine railings that give this home a rustic, mountain feel. After a busy day outdoors, come home to prepare a delicious home cooked meal in the fully equipped, kitchen. Complete with electric stove, microwave, dish washer, coffee maker, pots and pans and plenty of dishes, glass ware and silverware for everyone. We have even tried to include some main staples to help you with getting settled for your stress free vacation.

The kitchen opens into a living area that has a large sofa, flat screen smart TV with Roku streaming device and a dining area. Step out to the deck from this room to enjoy the beautiful Colorado outdoors. That’s why you are here anyway, right?! Also off the kitchen, there is a larger dining area for those nights when everyone wants to dine together or sit down for a family game night.

The second living area on the main floor has a gas fireplace, flat screen smart TV with Roku streaming device and sofa.

Upstairs you will find the master suite, with a brand new master bathroom. Complete with a jetted tub, full shower, large walk in closet, an attached den with a gas fireplace and an additional sleeping area. There are 3 other bedrooms and a full hallway bathroom.

The lower level has 2 bedrooms, a full bathroom with sauna, the 3rd living area with a queen pull out couch, a gas fireplace, a flat screen smart TV with Roku streaming device and a small kitchenette. This lower level is great for when multiple families are staying together and want to wake up and have their own breakfast or quiet time to themselves.

We have provided plenty of toys, books and games to entertain the entire group including those young ones. The outdoor patio is great to let the kids run around without feeling like you have to watch their every move.

This home is less than 15 minutes from the Winter Park and Mary Jane ski resort. A free shuttle is just down the street that will take you right to the ski resort. A grocery store is also right on the way to the house! The town of Fraser offers snowshoeing, snowmobiling and tubing hills less than 3 miles away. In the summertime, enjoy the stocked fishing ponds, one being specific for the little ones in the family, and many hiking and biking trails right at the bottom of the hill. Downtown Winter Park has a recreation center with a great indoor pool! There is a movie theater and bowling alley, shops and a variety of restaurants and pubs. Winter Park Ski Resort has a wide variety of summer activities everyday. They have over 400 miles of mountain biking trails, one of the longest Alpine slides, hiking on the mountain, a putt-putt golf course and more! The beautiful Devils Thumb Ranch is only 15 min away! Ski at Granby Ranch only 25 min away while Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are only 40 minutes away.

One of Our Best Winter Vacations EVER

We absolutely LOVED this property, the owners, and those who care for the property! The owner was SUPER SWEET and GREAT with communications. The setting is PEACEFUL and LOVELY, and every window view is GORGEOUS. The home is SPACIOUS and very welcoming. I felt as though thoughtfulness went into every detail of preparing for guests. The Master Suite was especially comfortable--with a gas fireplace and day beds in addition to the king size bed. The house was CLEAN!! and had everything we needed: plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, linens . . . hair dryers, hand soap (**bring your own shampoo/bath soap**) . . . dish soap, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent . . . games, puzzles . . . [for those with littles, there are toys, toddler dishes, high chair, crib] . . . --pretty much all of the big and little things that are pesky to pack, purchase or do without. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, minor appliances (TWO crockpots!) and "basics". There were two snow shovels and an ice scraper in the garage so we didn't get stuck in the snow. The garage was warm and accommodated two vehicles comfortably--with plenty of room for our ski gear; the driveway was wide enough for a few more parking spaces. We had lots of fun playing in the snow in the large yard--there were even sleds for our use! The hot tub and sauna were the icing on the cake!! I honestly cannot say enough good things about this vacation property and the owners. We had a WONDERFUL time!

Family Winter Vacation

Your home was wonderful, it fit our family of 15 (my wife & i, our three children & spouses, and our 7 grandkids) very well. .Hot tub was GREAT, and sauna also was used several times. Kitchen was well equipped with all needed pots. pans, skillets, crock pots, and dishes. Meal times worked great with adults in Dining Room and kids at the Dinette table. The fireplaces in the Living Room and MBR provided nice ambiance and some appreciated extra heat for evenings. The yard was excellent - the kids made a sled/saucer track all the way from the road to the back yard. The only drawbacks were the walkway to the front door was very icy and slippery, and we had to do a bit of snow shoveling to clear enough room for the kids to get out the Front Door to access the front patio and yard for the sledding. We also shoveled the back patio around the Hot Tub, and grill. Not a big deal - it just gave my son/sons-in-law, and me a little extra exercise. All in all we had a really great time and will definitely consider returning for a future visit should we plan another Family Winter Vacation.

Wonderful family getaway!

This is a wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood in Fraser. Centrally located in the valley for easy access to the big mountains near Winter Park and fun over in Granby too. We had a big group of family from all over the state come together to celebrate our little boy’s birthday and everyone loved this house! Perfect location, well allocated, comfortable beds, HOT TUB! Sauna! What else do ya need? We loved our time together and everyone is already talking about coming back! Thank you so much!

Great Christmas Week

Property was as described and was perfect for our family. A short drive to WP worked out well for our crew. Communication was quick and thorough. Everyone in our group of 16 enjoyed our time spent at the house. Thx for a great experience!

Fun for all

Great house with lots of space. We enjoyed the multiple living rooms so different games/activities could be going on simultaneously. Also appreciated all the toddler toys! Kept my little one entertained without having to travel with too much.

We live in the Denver area and have loved being able to spend time in Winter Park with our family. We have 3 boys and a girl. The kids are all skiing now so we have loved being able to come to Winter park and ski along side them!
I (Jen) worked as a Dental Hygienist until we had our 4th child and now I am focusing on our rental properties and being a mom which is keeps me very busy! Ryan owns a business in Denver selling backup power systems.
