Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette tres belle maison. Les exterieurs sont magnifiques. Excellent accueil egalement de la part de notre hote. Merci pour cette belle semaine. A noter que la proximité du cebtre Biscarrosse Plage est particulierement appreciable.

Urlaub in einer größeren Gruppe

Wir waren mit 14 Erwachsenen untwegs. Der Aufenthalt in der Villa Monica hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief auch sehr einfach und und kompliziert.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix

Nous connaissons bien Biscarrosse Plage où nous avons loué plusieurs maisons ces 10 dernières années. Mauvais rapport qualité/ prix pour cette maison qui, malgré un jardin et une piscine agréable, manque globalement d’entretien: - Fuite dans le toit d’une des chambres qui suite à une pluie nocturne a réveillé nos enfants car l’eau goûtait sur le lit, - Baies vitrées de la grande pièce qui ne ferment pas, - Volet roulant qui ne fonctionne pas dans l’une des chambres (plus de piles dans la télécommande?) - literie de deux des chambres clairement usagée et inconfortable, - mobilier usé, plusieurs ampoules grillées non remplacées, vaisselle ébréchée /abîmée. - propreté globale de la maison également à améliorer (araignées dans le frigidaire, placards et certains ustensiles collants…) - absence de serviettes de toilette et torchons à notre arrivée, finalement reçues le deuxième jour après plusieurs messages laissés… - propriétaire difficilement joignable (il aura fallu plusieurs messages téléphoniques pour finalement arriver à le joindre et recevoir le lendemain les serviettes manquantes et le message écrit envoyé via le site d’abritel n’a jamais été répondu…) Compte tenu du prix de la location par semaine, de meilleurs prestations étaient attendues.

Casa amplia para varias familias

En general hemos estado muy agusto. La casa muy bien ubicada en una zona tranquila, y a 3 mins de la playa en coche. Como aspecto negativo, la casa y algunos accesorios podrían haber estado un poco más limpios, y había algunos desperfectos en la casa que no se habían reparado, y que deberían haberlo hecho.

Ein wundervoller Urlaub!

Sehr geehrter Monsieur Ros, es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Ihrem Ferienhaus. Wir haben die Zeit bei Ihnen sehr genossen. Wir waren 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder) Das Haus bietet alles was man zu einem gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Die Küche ist mit allen nur erdenklichen Küchenutensilien ausgerüstet. Für uns 2 Familien war es super, 2 Kühlschränke zu haben und im Freien gleich 2 Grills zu haben (Kohle- und Gasgrill). Das Haus, Zimmer und Garten waren sehr sauber. Es war genügend frische Wäsche vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind aber auch vorhanden. Der Pool war sehr sauber, der Gärtner hat zwischendurch nach dem Rechten gesehen und Rasen gemäht. Die Kinder waren von der LED-Beleuchtung im Pool sehr begeistert. Es gibt draußen wie drinnen mehr als ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten, auch genügend Sonnenliegen. Schade war, dass es keine Sonnenschirme gab. Aber je nach Tageszeit ist im Garten natürlicher Schatten der Bäume vorhanden. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, durch die vielen Bäume können die Nachbarn nicht in den Garten schauen und es sind nur ca. 10 min zu Fuß bis zum Strand. Der Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Aufgrund des tollen Wetters über die ganzen 2 Wochen, haben wir die Zimmer nur zum Schlafen benötigt. Aber sie sind gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet und haben genügend Stauraum. Wir freuen uns schon, wieder einen Urlaub in Ihrem Hause zu verbringen.

Excellent choix! Tout ce qui a été promis était là

La maison était exactement comme décrite. Nous étions deux familles avec 5 enfants (adolescents). La maison était grande et ensolleilée, mais pas trop chaude, très propre mais pas stérile. Les proprietaires avaient pensé à tout pour une grande groupe de personnes... 2 frigos.. 2 tables sur la terasse, équipement de cuisine comme chez -soi (machines pas tout neuves mais absolument adéquate). La maison était tres calme, le jardin superbe. Il fallait peut-etre juste quelques parasols autour de la piscine. Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux avec un temps magnifique chaque jour, mais meme si le temps n´avait pas était si favorable, la maison aurait éte assez grande pour y vivre/manger nombreux trés comfortablement à l´interieure. . Supermarche a 5 mins..Plage a 15 mins a pied... Nous y retournerons sans hesitation! Merci au proprietaire Monsieur Ros - il etait très discret mais avait repondu immédiatement lors qu´on avait besoin d´un renseignment. WIFI fonctionne bien.. Une très belle maison et jardin, trés bien située, pour de superbes vacances familiales ou avec amis.

Very comfortable villa in perfect, quiet location.

We had a lovely vacation in the beautiful Biscarrosse Plage. The house was vey comfortable. The main building with three nice bedrooms and several bathrooms. Nice living room with tv (plenty of channels). A large dining table with garden and pool view. The kitchen is modem and well equipped. Wifi in the whole house. Two separate cabins with double beds. Perfect for larger company. The pool is fantastic. Large and heated. There is also an outdoor room with a large table and barbecue. Very nice. Lot of space to relax and enjoy. Possibly only improvement that I could think of to suggest would be addition of some kind of sunshade for the lounge chairs like a parasol. The villa is situated just a short walk from the center of Biscarrosse Plage. There is a grocery store close by, several restaurants and also a bike rental. Biscarrosse Plage is also a perfect choice for vacation. Close to both sea and beautiful beaches, and to lovely lakes. Great biking trails and a lot of places to see and explore. I will be more than happy to return to Villa Monika and Biscarrosse Plage.

Très agréable villa

Très belle villa, située dans un quartier calme. Elle est propre, bien entretenue, et fonctionnelle avec ses 4 salles de bains. Seule la chambre avec 6 couchages est trop petite. L'espace exterieur est très agréable, bien aménagée avec sa piscine chauffée et son terrain de pétanque. A 10 min à pied de la plage et du centre de Biscarosse plage. Très bon accueil du loueur. Cette villa est aussi bien adaptée pour une grande famille que pour une bande d'amis.

Très bonne prestation

Villa idéalement située avec équipement complet, le boulodrome et la piscine entourée d'une terrasse en bois permettent de profiter pleinement de la villa. Les 4 salles de bain sont un plus très appréciable, nous étions 12 personnes. Occasion à saisir !
