This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is located on the gulfside with immediate Gulf water access and near the Vaca Cut for quick and easy Atlantic access.

- Maximum Guest Occupancy: 4 adults + 2 children *Note, this home cannot accommodate 6 adults)

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Home was just as described. Check in process was virtual and super easy. We had an issue with the pool heat one day and they were there in less than an hour to take care of it, very quick communication by text. We rented this home due to quick access to open ocean and the Vacay Cut, so if you’re renting a boat it was 5 minutes to open water and maybe 10 minutes to the cut.

This place was immaculate and exactly like the picture The best place we have stayed in Marathon and we will definitely be back! My kids fished off the dock every day and caught a lot of fish. We spent every day in the pool and hot tub. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed !

House was exactly as described. House, pool, hot tub, deck & dock was perfect for 4 adults. Tucked away in a great little neighborhood behind the airport. Quite, clean neighborhood boat ramp to launch and go not far. Neighbor two doors down was awesome giving us tips, etc., about the area.

Convenient to everywhere we needed to be. Clean but needs some updating in second bathroom. Jacuzzi tub not functional. The place is very nice besides the tub.

Beautiful Property!

We ended up booking this property for our honeymoon at the last minute when our prior booking fell through. It ended up being a blessing in disguise, because we absolutely loved this place! Plenty of room, clean, everything you need stocked in the kitchen. The location is great, easy to get to the main drag and even has a nearby walking path. Directly on the canal, which we took advantage of almost every day. We had paddleboards delivered as well and launched right from the rental. We paid for pool heating, which was definitely worth it. The outside area/pool/soaking spa was gorgeous, we spent more time out there than anywhere else. Communication, check-in, check-out was all easy and quick. We would stay here again anytime - highly recommend.

Hidden gem in Marathon!

This was definitely in our top three favorite places we have ever stayed through VRBO. It is very clean, updated, and very comfortable. There was everything that we needed for a wonderful stay. This is a duplex, and we were in unit B, which is on the left side. We saw reviews talking about a commercial fishing business next door that may interfere with the enjoyment of the pool area during the day. We did not ever see any thing that indicated there was a commercial business running close by. There was a large boat across from us on the canal us that looked like a commercial fishing boat, but it did not move the entire time we were there. The neighborhood was very quiet, and we enjoyed every second of our time both inside and out. The pool and soaker tub are perfect for cooling down and relaxing. There are lights in the canal at night so you can see what is swimming by. We saw several lobster and a sea turtle, which was exciting. The bed was extremely comfortable, and they have the best pillows I have ever slept on. I am trying to find them now to purchase myself. The master shower is luxurious with three shower heads. Everything worked as expected and we hope to return soon!

What a fantastically relaxing vacation experience! This home is spacious, really comfortable (you instantly feel at home) and most importantly it was spotless! The management service is top notch! We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the property who is an incredibly nice person. We were all so impressed with Dan! He actually insisted that we park our boat trailer at his personal residence so we would not be inconvenienced. He even helped us wash down the trailer! Wow! This is on a significantly higher level of incredible service! The home's master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed and a master spa bath. The home's Florida room overlooking the pool and canal was a perfect place to enjoy my morning coffee. The home's pool area is nicely decorated and makes you feel like your in a small private resort. The well built dock, manicured landscaping, the custom fish cleaning table, ample lighting all around and a professional gas grill makes for such a great place to stay. The pool was also very clean and was just the right size for our small family. Our kids really loved the pool. The neighborhood is tranquil and very safe with basically no traffic. The property is ideally located just minutes from Vaca Cut and the 7 mile bridge. There are also 2 FREE uncrowded boat ramps situated within very close proximity to the home. We highly recommend this home. You will not be disappointed. We made family memories that we will treasure forever.

A Mermaid Massage...

The Mermaid's Place is great for relaxing, lying by the pool and spa, and as a home base to head out and explore the Keys, whether by car or boat! Easy access to the highway connecting the Keys, and close to a bevy of restaurants, grocery, and local hangouts. Add to that the central location within the Keys, equidistant from Key West and Key Largo. Head out in the morning in your car, or cast off from the dock in the canal out back and make a line for the Gulf. Either way, you're close to the sun, sights and scenery that make the Keys famous! And which can make fun-filled memories to last a lifetime!
