Absolute calm in the historic village of Gasssin with restaurants and shops nearby.
Direct access to the forest and its marked trails.
Beaches of Pampelonne and Saint Tropez 10 minutes.
On the ground floor, large living room with fireplace, open kitchen with bar, dining room in bright verandah with office, guest toilet.
Upstairs, three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, one with bath and balcony another with multi-jet shower and balcony and the third with bathroom and adjoining office. Separate toilets.
Parking available for car, motorcycle or scooter.

Maison magnifique avec un espace extérieur incroyable multipliant les petits coins cosy, le coin plancha / apéro / machine à glaçons est juste fantastique bénéficiant d’une table pour déjeuner et dîner sous des pins sublimes ! Tout le nécessaire est fourni et en grande quantité (serviettes de toilette, draps, torchons, ustensiles cuisine, etc....). Et en prime Natalie, la propriétaire, est super accueillante et généreuse, à l’écoute de ses hôtes. A l’arrivée des gâteaux pour les enfants, des boissons dans le frigo. Nous louons très souvent et là c’est bien la 1ère fois que nous sommes aussi ravis de la maison et de ses prestations. Idéalement située, à peine 10min en voiture de la plage. A recommander sans modération.
