OVERVIEW: Luxury meets the Beach at this spectacular two-bedroom, two-bathroom bayside retreat! Our guests have full access to The Residences' landscaped roof-top plaza, where you can watch the sunset by the fire pit and listen to a large water feature. Take advantage of the shared grilling area and grill out for dinner, or relax and enjoy our stunning Mid-Atlantic coastline. You can float in the indoor and outdoor pools (Pools are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day) or work out on the new fitness equipment.
The fully-equipped kitchen is every cook's dream with stainless steel appliances, granite countertop, breakfast bar w/ dishes, tableware, and cookware. Very spacious and open living/dining area w/ comfortable, luxury seating for family and guests, all complimenting a flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. The living room also features a pull-out couch for additional sleeping needs. A private balcony off the living area greets you with a stunning view of Rehoboth Bay and the marina. The luxurious primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed and a private bathroom w/ double vanity sinks. The second bedroom features a queen bed w/ access to the Jack & Jill bathroom and full-size laundry.
LOCATION: Located just a short walk to the Beach and at the south end of Dewey Beach, you will find great restaurants, beach shops, and lots of nightlife!
PARKING: Assigned parking for two cars in the garage.
AMENITIES: Community gym, indoor and outdoor pool, roof-top terrace, community grilling area, washer & dryer, elevators, and Wi-Fi.
THINGS TO KNOW: No smoking and no pets! Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental program for guests. Height restriction for the parking garage of 6'6". Access cards will be provided to access the garage, elevator, amenities, and unit. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Poor Property Management

Great condominium both in size and cleanliness. Unfortunately poor property management. Pass keys did not work to enter the building on arrival and nobody was present in the office. The kindness of another resident allowed us to enter the building. The pass key did not allow access to the parking spaces. When we were able to meet with a property manager, we were told they would be able to resolve the issues three days later; the same day that we were checking out. Yes to the condo, no to the property management!

Great place and beautiful location.

Check-in was confusing. There are two room 252s… on for the condo and one for the Hyatt hotel. Need better clarity on that. Also, the property management company changed on April 1st. All of the information provided had old property management company information. Had trouble with card access to parking garage. Old property management company listed would not help me… new property management company does not have a number to call for questions/problems. The rental agency (REMAX) was helpful but the information for the property management company for Lighthouse Cove needs to be updated. The unit was very clean and nice. Location was great.
