Wonderful second time at this lovely condo for a winter getaway with some girlfriends. The owner is attentive and welcoming and the condo itself is very clean and so comfortable. It is close to good restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this condo and we have already decided this will be an annual stay for us in Rehoboth

We had 2 couples for our week getaway. The location is excellent and the condo is exceptional. The 1/2 bath upstairs helped a lot. The kitchen was perfectly appointed. The patio was a perfect spot for our morning coffee. We would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic rental, great location

This condo was absolutely stunning and had everything we needed. The bedrooms are all a good size, each has a balcony which is great. The location can't be beat, steps to the boardwalk, beach, restaurants, etc. The owner was also very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely plan to rent it again!

Gorgeous condo

The condo is absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room to spread out. It is situated in an ideal location only 2 blocks from the beach and one street over from busy Rehoboth Ave. While it rained most of our stay, we still have an enjoyable time. Highly recommend this vacation home.

Had a fantastic stay in this charming condo. Comfortable furniture, beds, etc. Loved the screened porches for morning coffee and happy hour. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Pre-Holiday Getaway

This was our 3rd time staying at Marshall’s property and it didn’t disappoint. The condo is immaculately maintained. The kitchen is well appointed and the rooms are very comfortable. Beautiful condo

It was a beautiful, big, well- appointed condo which is so close to the beach and restaurants. The weather wasn’t great unfortunately but the condo was a great, cozy, comfortable place to wait out the storms. The owner was very responsive and communicative.
