Newly Renovated Dewey Beach Cottage, 150 Yds from the Beach, Private Beach!!

Steps from Sand. Fully Renovated Inside and Out in Winter Spring 2023. Brand new kitchen with high end GE Cafe appliances

Classic Dewey Beach cottage is located in North Indian Beach, steps away from the beach and the nightlife that Dewey has to offer. North Indian Beach is a PRIVATE beach community, so you will have the benefit of location and privacy. 3 bed, 2 bath. Huge yard, and sunroom off the main living area. House is located on the beach block, about 100 -150 yards from the sand.

All new paint, new furnishings, new bedding, new mattresses, and new landscaping.

NOTE - Garage renovation underway in April/May 2024. We will be transforming this into another living area with a Queen Murphy Bed, Queen Sleeper Sofa, and half bath.

Photos will be updated once work is completed.

** Please note: we only host family groups, and accept Sat to Sat bookings from Memorial Day to Labor Day **

Cute house, awesome location

We really enjoyed our stay here. House was nice and cozy and easily fit our family (2 adults and 2 young kids) comfortably. The location was could not be beat, either. Just a quick walk to a private beach that is not crowded and is lovely.

Great location in a great neighborhood with access to private North Indian Beach. Short walk to beach, marina area and downtown Dewey Beach bar area. The house is in excellent shape and very functional and Christian the owner is super cool and helpful.

The cottage was exactly as pictured in the listing - spacious and clean. Conveniently within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and beach. Our family enjoyed our stay - we especially enjoyed the sunroom and the fire pit. FYI toilet paper was not provided, this would have been helpful to know in advance before arrival. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Summertime Bliss

We really enjoyed our stay at this renovated beach cottage. It features a comfy bed, several seating areas, a beautiful kitchen, awesome bathrooms and a nice dining space. The backyard is cozy with pretty landscaping, a fire pit, patio seating, a grill and a dining area with lights. The bonus: it's located 10 houses from a private beach! The owner was helpful and responded promptly.

Great location, space is large and great for entertaining and the backyard is awesome. The process of having to wash the sheets, empty the dishwasher, waiting for washing process to finish in order to get sheets for next customer was absurd.

Fantastic location and beautiful home

You can't beat the location of this house, just steps from the private beach in walking distance of restaurants and short drives to Rehoboth boardwalk and the outlets. The house was beautifully remodeled, beds were comfy, kitchen was gorgeous and lots of space for large families. The yard was just as lovely. The welcome email from Christian with instructions and tips was great and we loved that beach chairs were available for use. The outdoor shower came in handy to wash off the sand and both bathrooms were spacey and beautiful. Highly recommend Christian's place!

Awesome Location!

I had never heard of this area--and what a gem! The private beach is so great during the crowded summer. You will not feel crowded! The house is great. Well thought out and lots of great amenities. Chairs, umbrellas and a cart! Awesome. Also, the house is laid out with a sort of private wing which worked out great as we had teens that slept in. The window units kept the house very cool. Kitchen had what we needed to cook a decent meal. The only thing missing was a blow dryer. Easy fix! Owners were very responsive, even when my kids bugged them about TV sign ins. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

I stayed with my husband and our 10-month-old for a weekend, along with another couple and their infant. The private beach access is incredible, and the provided chairs and cart were so appreciated. The location is awesome and perfectly walkable to just about anything. The house itself is lovely. The back sunroom is huge and soo amazing for small children to crawl around and play.. we referred to it as the baby room. Christian was incredibly friendly and communicative. I messaged him once with a question about lights, and he responded immediately via app, text, and phone call. Overall a great experience. We'll be back! Thank you, Christian.

Fun Family Getaway!

We usually stay in Rehoboth Beach but our stay in Dewey was awesome! Being close but slightly removed from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk was great. The short walk to the private beach is key, especially if you have a young family! The house was the perfect size for our family of 5 and one set of grandparents. Plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and for kids to be kids. Christian was a great communicator and a pleasure to deal with, too!

We are a family of 5, native Washingtonians who have been vacationing in Dewey Rehoboth for our entire lives. We are an easy-going and fun-loving family that is excited to share our quaint beach cottage with other families looking for a beach getaway.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this house after renting it in 2018. It's ocean block, but also close enough to enjoy the calm waters of the bay... about 3 blocks away.

North Indian is a private beach community, away from the day-to-day chaos of Dewey but close enough to get into the action and nightlife when you need a night out.

What makes this property unique

Private Community, Location is amazing on beach block with restricted access. Short distance to Dewey nightlife and all Rehoboth has to offer.
