This beautiful subdivision has an abundance of trees, playgrounds and walking paths.


'Your IDAHOME" is an elegant, amazingly comfortable, clean and spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath home that sleeps up to 10 guests. It has a nice patio area, BBQ grill, fully fenced back yard and a double car garage. You will enjoy easy access to everything, being on the cusp/corner of 3 cities: Meridian, Eagle and Boise.

This amazing home boasts vaulted ceilings and beautiful, natural lighting with all new furniture, new professional series Stainless Steel appliances and all the cookware available to make anything from pizza to a gourmet meal. Here is your opportunity to stay close to the Village Shopping Center, theatres, golf courses, hiking, activities, events, restaurants, the LDS Temple and absolutely everything these 3 cities have to offer. The home is furnished with all new quality furniture and linens, is extremely clean and spacious with a 65” flat screen, high definition, television in the family room, a fireplace in the living room, and includes high speed internet.

We had a quick visit for the July 4 weekend with our family. This residence was perfect well maintained, clean, comfortable beds, two separate living areas, which made it nice for two families. The neighborhood was fun. We walked down to a really nice park very close by with grandkids. Five stars all the way!

Wes and I are a hard working couple with 3 girls and 4 grandchildren. We love our beautiful home cities of Boise/Eagle/Meridian. We are both Educators and enjoy traveling ourselves. We would love to share our beautiful home with you. It is set up as a vacation rental and you will have the entire place to yourself to relax and enjoy in this beautiful upscale subdivision.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this home primarily because of the location; however, the house itself it beautiful, as is the Eagle/Meridian/Boise area. It is probably closer to Eagle & Meridian with a Boise address. The home is so comfortable and the area is the best!

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this home because of the area of course; but loved the fact that it is on a quiet culdesac and in an upscale subdivision. The interior of the home has been completely redone; before we loaded it with upscale, new furniture. I have to say it turned out beautifully.
