Peaceful in quiet street, the ville "Le Spot" allows to wake up with the sound of waves ! Direct access to the bike path, the village Messanges and beach by feet (or bike), the Moliets golf course is 5 minutes away. A large terrace with pool and plancha to live outdoors with the rhythm of the summer. It is the paradise for surfers, golfers and cyclists. 2 adult bikes are part of the rental. Full equiped house.

Wir hatten hier zwei Wochen einen sehr sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr schön gestaltet und sehr gut durchdacht. Es ist alles vorhanden was eine oder auch zwei Familien brauchen. Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr über den wirklich großen und sehr sauberen Pool gefreut.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle, proche du centre ville et de la plage tout en étant dans une impasse très calme et sans vis à vis. Piscine non chauffée donc trop fraîche pour en profiter pleinement. Merci à Stéphanie pour votre disponibilité.

Sehr schönes Haus, toller Pool, sehr netter Empfang!

Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hat prima geklappt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, das gebraucht wird. Sauber und nett eingerichtet. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Gute Tips von den Vermietern.

Schönes Haus mit schönem Privatpool.

Sehr nette Vermieter. Nähe Strand, in 7 Min mit Beach-Bike easy erreichbar, auch Bäcker und "Dorfmitte" in 5 Min. Schönes Haus mit guter Einrichtung. Schöner Pool! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Maison magnifique et très bien équipée.

Très bon séjour. Un seul bémol la piscine qui n’est pas chauffée, avec la météo de cette année l’eau n’a pas dépassée les 20 degrés. Maison dans un cartier calme, ça fait du bien. Je la recommande à tous.

Traumurlaub trotz Corona

Trotz rasant steigender Infektionszahlen in Frankreich haben wir uns im Haus und in Messanges immer sicher und wohl gefühlt. Die Strände waren Ende August/ Anfang September nicht überfüllt, die Abstände und alle Hygienemassnahmen wurden eingehalten. Wir hatten traumhafte Tage und haben schon für das nächste Jahr wieder reserviert.

Nos meilleures vacances depuis des années :)

La maison est très agréable a vivre. L'équipement, la literie, la propreté. Tout est fonctionnel, de qualité et de bon goût. La localisation est super pour découvrir les environs, profiter de la plage et des lacs. Et se reposer au bord de la piscine, à l’ombre du chêne liège de l’olivier ou du laurier rose, au choix ;) Merci à Stéphanie et Loïc :)

Super Maison près de la mère avec piscine

Une très belle Maison avec une piscine. La Maison est à 5Min à pied du beau village Messanges. À Messanges il y a des beau bar et resto. La mere est à 1,5km. On peut y faire du Surf avec des super écoles de Surf. La proprietère est très sympas et super flexible. C'était vraiment un super séjour on reviendra sûrement!!! Merci beacoup.

Ruhig gelegenes top-ausgestattetes und strandnahes Anwesen. Pool, Ausstattung sehr gut. Vermieter sehr freundlich, angenehm im Kontakt und hilfsbereit. Nachbarschaft freundlich und zuvorkommend. Umland wunderschön abwechslungsreich mit Radwegen und diversen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Infrastruktur unmittelbar Vorort und in gut erreichbarer Entfernung. Strand sauber und schier endlos... Für uns ein herrlicher Urlaub - gerne wieder!
