This detached villa with heated pool boasts an American-inspired architecture in a development in Golf de Moliets, close to the ocean. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate 6 people. The master bedroom opens onto the terrace and offers a dressing room. The bathroom is equipped with 2 washbasins and a whirlpool bathtub. Each of the two upstairs bedrooms has a shower room with a washbasin and a shower. The living room is spacious and bright, and it has a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi access. A sofa bed eventually offers space for 2 additional people. There is a fully fitted kitchen (traditional oven, microwave, 4 electric hobs, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and small appliances), as well as a plancha on the terrace, which allows for cooking tasty meals and enjoying them by the pool, on the partially covered terrace. The furnished terrace faces the southwest, and the garden is uncluttered, allowing for a maximum of sunbathing and a nice view of the pine trees.

The villa's location, close to the ocean, the golf course, the tennis court, the shops, and the Landes forest makes it an ideal starting point for biking safely and forgeting the stress of the car. For more comfort, beds are made upon arrival. For babies, a bed (60 x 120 cm) as well as a high chair is provided. Small pets are accepted.
