Luxury beach home inside the private gated community of Carillon Beach. The home sits less then 50 yards from the beautiful white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. Once on the property the home is split as a main house and a carriage house that is tucked right behind the main home. The views from the back patio of the carriage house overlook the protected wetlands of our community which provide stunning sights and sunset views. The home is less then 50 yards from beach walkover 1 for easy access to and from the water. It is also a short walk to either the main pool or the beach front pool. On the bottom floor there are two suite bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with a king sized bed each with full baths. Upstairs there is a master suite that is an oversized king bed with attached office. The master bath has a soaking tub and a beautiful stand up shower with his and her sinks. The furniture in the home is top of the line, from Restoration Hardware to Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams. This home is one that will not disappoint and making you want to return time after time. Moving from the main home to the carriage home you will pass through a screened in side patio which has an outdoor picnic table to have lunch or enjoy an outdoor meal. You will walk 20 steps past the outdoor shower to the carriage house. The carriage house is set up with a half bath, kitchen, dining table, and screened in outside porch. Upstairs there is 2 bedrooms, the bunk room is furnished by pottery barn kids and has two bunks with a trundle bed. It also has its own full bath. Across the hall is the other bedroom that has a queen sized bed and its own beautiful walk out patio with amazing views for sunset or to enjoy the native wetlands. ****My wife and I have also childproofed the kitchen in the main house as we welcomed our first child last year.
