Located in Balagne in the village of Monticello next to Ile Rousse in a small residence 2 km from the city center of Ile Rousse and its beach.

Located on the ground floor, the apartment of 35 m² is located in a quiet area.

With a terrace of 6 m2 panoramic view of the port of Ile Rousse to Cap Corse, with a slatted floor.

A room equipped with a bed 140 cm, or 2 beds 1 person to choose and his dressing.
A cot is available with its mattress if needed.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est très beau, propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé. Il est tres bien situé, au calme et à proximité du centre de L'île Rousse et des plages. Une semaine reposante avec une vue imprenable !

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans l’appartement d’Emma. Celui ci est fonctionnel, bien équipé et adapté pour une famille de 4 personnes. Il dispose d’une place de parking et son orientation au nord lui permet de rester « frais ». La rénovation de l’appartement est moderne et épurée, on s’y sent très bien. Nous reviendrons sans difficulté !!

Appartement parfait pour un séjour estival

L'appartement d'Emma est bien situé. La vue de la terasse est apprécialbe pour le petit déjeuner. La location pour deux était parfaite. La surface est juste ce qu'il faut si on ne souhaite pas etre casanier pendant ces congés. Une clim vient d'etre installée, elle est très suffisante pour l'appartement.

Nous avons séjourné 9 nuits dans l'appartement avec ma femme et mes enfants. Super appartement propre et très Bien équipée dans une résidence très calme sur les hauteurs de l'île rousse. On est à 5-8 minutes En voiture de la plage et du centre ville. et que dire de la vue de la terrasse que ce soit le matin et encore plus beau av le coucher du soleil sur l'île de la pietra..
