Welcoming, Relaxing Retreat with Luxury Views

Welcome! Lincoln View is a spacious, light-filled home with views of Puget Sound from three decks, including a rooftop oasis. We're laid back here and welcome people from all walks of life. **Fifteen minute drive to T-Mobile Park.** We're located about 1.5 miles south of West Seattle's vibrant Junction business district and about 25 minutes from downtown. The home has a fully-stocked, gourmet kitchen and spacious living room perfect for watching ferries at Fauntleroy terminal. The main bedroom is expansive with a gas fireplace and breathtaking views from two decks. Lincoln View is roughly 4,200 square feet of casual living. Please note there are stairs leading to the main floor as well as the bedrooms. The main bedroom has a California king bed. The second bedroom has a king bed. The third has a full bed. All the personal touches make Lincoln View the perfect home away from home. **The downstairs apartment that is currently being used as a long term rental (single occupant) has also been used as a short term rental and received rave reviews. **Safety: Your safety is our foremost concern. Because this is a view home with decks, this location is not suitable for children. Please do not lean on, touch or sit on any deck railings. **Lincoln View is also not able to accomodate pets at this time. **We assume no liability and you agree to indemnify, defend and hold our family harmless at all times for any and all actions, losses, injuries, damages, costs and/or expenses resulting or arising from your or your guest(s) gross negligent act(s), omission(s) or willful misconduct in connection with your or your guest(s) activities on or about our property. **There is an exterior camera (Ring device) near the front of Lincoln View and another west-facing camera which captures the back yard. There are no cameras inside the home. *Guests are required to submit a government-issued ID and sign a rental agreement. Agreement must be signed, dated and submitted to hosts within 24 hours of booking this property. *The main bathroom offers a large, relaxing standup-sit down shower. An excellent VRBO experience. Quiet location with nice view West, and a view of the mountain from the top deck. Kitchen had pretty much everything we needed, unlike many rentals. No complaints at all, a really great experience.

Friendcation - parents get away

We loved our short get away from the real world. We are three couples who have been friends since high school. We enjoyed our stay! The views from the house were amazing! There was great space for all six of us. Coffee on the upstairs patio was perfect. Lori and Greg were great hosts.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay at Lincoln View in West Seattle. Owners, Lori and Greg were very accessible if we had any questions. We had no concerns or issues while we stayed here, because Lori and Greg thought of everything to make guests feel at home and they had all the amenities we were looking for! It’s a great location to stay for sightseeing in and around the Pacific Northwest! Highly recommend this listing!

Excellent vacation home!

This was a perfect place for our family of 6 adults to comfortably stay for 3 or more nights and be able to spread out and enjoy the beautiful multi level home. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to make meals and gather around the dining table with a view of Puget Sound! There are 4 decks and we used all of them! Yoga on the top deck was so fun! The beds are very comfortable with spacious rooms. Communication with the owners was top notch. Gregory went above and beyond to help us figure out a place for travel Covid testing. Thanks so much! A great neighborhood too!

Everything was great. The description of the home was spot on and the hosts created a very welcoming experience. There was an array of snacks, beverages, coffee, and a nice bottle of wine waiting for us. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed. The living area with its view of the sound was wonderful. We had a great time lounging on the comfortable furniture in front of the fireplace and enjoying the views. The neighborhood is quiet and there is abundant street parking. Our hosts were responsive to our questions and made it a point to check in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. I'd highly recommend staying here!

Great location with wonderful views!

Lincoln View is a great house to stay in while you’re visiting Seattle. The home is just as described, we found it very clean with a well stocked kitchen, and the decks, living room and main bedroom all have great views of Puget Sound. We stayed here over Christmas, and Lori and Greg had festively decorated the home for the holidays, very fun and thoughtful! The owners were quick to reply to all of our questions. I wholeheartedly recommend this VRBO stay for anyone who wants to stay in West Seattle. PS our favorite breakfast treat is located about a mile north on California at Bakery Nouveau, their almond croissants are simply amazing!!!

All this and an amazing view!

The ideal location, a beautiful property, and gracious, attentive hosts. The Lincoln View House provides all three. Our family spent four relaxing days in this lovely home. Whether relaxing on one of the three patios/decks or strolling through the flower and vegetable garden, we enjoyed our escape to the Sound. Lori and Greg have created a wonderful experience. We found this house to be comfortable, clean, and in a great location. We had family members staying together for a wedding in the area. This home is stunning in all aspects. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable and make one feel “at home.” Neighborhood is quiet and the drive to downtown is less than 30 minutes ( due to bridge being out, it takes a few extra minutes). Kitchen is well-equipped and I appreciate the coffee and the snacks waiting for us. The beds are super comfortable and the view of the Sound from the the master bedroom is terrific. Master bath is spacious! The rooftop patio and main floor patio are my two favorites! I could sit there forever. Two gas log fireplaces make it cozy in the evenings. Hosts are attentive and easily reached for anything we needed. We will definitely try to book again next year!

Breathtaking views from a beautiful space

We celebrated my Niece's graduation from WSU with a Girl's Weekend. She walked in and was overwhelmed by the incredible views and spacious rooms. Since it was her weekend, we let her take the Master Bedroom but all three rooms offered beautiful views and crisp, clean linens on incredibly comfortable beds. The kitchen offered every amenity we could have asked for. There was also a generous variety of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, chewy candy and chocolate bars with lots of other great items in the pantry. On Sunday night we had Mom, Dad. Brother and Husband over for dinner and the double oven made it easy to have all the food ready when they arrived. There were so much focus on the details with many thoughtful touches. Each bathroom was equipped with toiletries, wipes, lotion and even baskets of grey washcloths for makeup removal. So clever and so important with a house full of females. In addition to the incredible views, all three decks offered comfortable seating and the weather cooperated to make it a warm and wonderful weekend. Our hosts were attentive to our requests but never intrusive. Communication was excellent, which is one of the most valuable things a property owner can offer. We all really enjoyed our stay and would be thrilled to stay again. Thank you for opening your amazing home to us.
