In Seattle for a week

We were in Seattle for a week for soccer playoffs. The house was very nice and clean. The pictures were very accurate. Grace was very responsive when we had questions. The location was in a safe area.

The perfect place

This house had everything you could imagine--shampoo, conditioner, bath wash, spices, detergent, snacks, even Q tips. It was perfect for our multi-generational family (ages 21-77).

Amazing and comfortable stay

All the furniture was clean and new. Kitchen was beautiful as well. Bedroom was very nice to sleep in. I was able to communicate with the property manager and she was very accommodating. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the neighborhood again.

The ease of getting into the property was fantastic and the auto-door lock was convenient and appreciated.Everything was very clean. The master suite is stunning. Those with mobility issues may want to know that the both bathrooms are on the first floor, so those staying upstairs will need to come down every time they need to use the facilities. Also, from the parking spot, there are an additional 3 stairs beyond those to get into the unit. We found a couple of small things amiss (water filter not working, one blow dryer produced no heat) which we reported.

Great West Seattle Home

We stayed at this property over the New Year's holiday and had such a wonderful time. The owner was very communicative and responsive. The house was perfect for 2 adults and 2 younger kids. It was clean and well furnished. We had plenty of space, made a few meals at home, and were decently close to anything we wanted to do in the Seattle area. We would absolutely stay here again!

Pleasant Stay

The home is exactly as photographed. The kitchen was also well stocked so one can cook while there, that said I didn't do any cooking whilst there.The outdoor patio was also a nice touch, was able to catch up and relax with friends after a long day out. Location is also quite ideal, as it was near most tourist attractions and the airport was about a 15-20 minute drive away. Communicative host, would definitely stay here again in the future.

West Seattle

It was our first time staying on the West Seattle side and so it was great to see a different area from Capitol Hill and Bellevue. We like to have family dinners with those that live in Seattle and since we were there for our granddaughter's first birthday it was great to be able to cook a few dinners. At the time of our stay, there was some construction/yard work going on yet the hosts were respectful of our stay. Thank you for the availability.

Pristine and spacious

Our stay was wonderful in this thoughtfully updated home. Spacious and open living/dining/kitchen area and such a luxurious master bath. Felt very private due to the hedges surrounding the property. No noise issues both night and day. Parking was not a problem at all. Location was great, close to the farmer’s market and all the shopping along California street. Really enjoyed easy access to the water taxi so we didn’t have to drive into downtown. Definitely will book again.

Family get together in Seattle

Interior finishes are lovely. For the most part this was a wonderful place to stay.There are a few drawbacks:Street noise at night....best to have earplugs.Stove has some issues: left-hand burners don't come on, and the oven door is kept open by a screw on the left hand side of the door frame, so the oven doesn't work well.We didn't really need to use the burners or oven, so it wasn't a big deal. Just thought Grace would want to know.

Super clean and cute, convenient location. However description stated there’s 100% unconnected separate unit, but when walking in I instantly heard barking from dog behind a fake covered door in a “no pets allowed” property? Also heard the people downstairs, this was not communicated or it was false advertised. had extra family that was gonna be covered in fee and this basically ended up terrible and a lie. tv also did not work.

Guest Sharon violated 4 rules from House Rules. Unfortunately, we had to cancel the reservations on the same night guest Sharon checked in with NO-refund. Rule 1 - The party kept going - we received a complaint call at 12:20 am on Saturday. Rule 2 - Smoke marijuana on the property. Rule 3- More than 4 registered guests stayed. Rule 4 - Quiet Time Guest Sharon left trash, damaged the slider door, and left a marijuana package and alcohol in the house. We had to pay for deep cleaning, paint touch on stain spots, and the marijuana odor smell removed.
