Our recently renovated townhome sits adjacent to River Run Village, allowing easy access to the great shopping and dining options in town.

After a busy day on the slopes or exploring the mountain, retreat back to the spacious, renovated 3 BEDROOM Premier Townhome. There are 3 BEDROOMS in this unit and the majority of these units are arranged with a bed in each bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area. However, bedding configurations can vary but rest assured all units will comfortably sleep 8 people.

With 2 LIVING AREAS, there is plenty of space for large groups and families to spread out. Kick up your feet in front of the luxurious gas FIREPLACE to warm up on chilly snow days, or gather around the large dining room table for board games.

The FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN allows guests to prepare meals in the comfort of their own suite, outfitted with top-quality appliances, solid surface countertops, and all the cookware and utensils needed for the at-home chef. Dine together at the breakfast bar, or take your meals outside to the private balcony to enjoy mountain views during dinner.

Everyone can get a great night's sleep in one of the premier BEDROOMS. Bedding configurations may vary per unit, and some include a king-sized bed, a queen, two single beds and a pullout sofabed.

3 FULL BATHROOMS make it easy for everyone to get ready for the day ahead.

Guests can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home, as well as in-suite laundry, private deck and balcony, and a parking garage (1 spot/condo).

We recommend checking out Inxpot for a nice treat in the mornings! Featuring delicious coffee, pastries, and a cool atmosphere, this coffee shop is just a 4-minute walk away.

We had a great time in your townhome at River Run! It easily accommodated our party of three couples, including a full bath for each. The location was perfect for our needs, and it was easy to get around to all our events. And the views!!

Excellent property, could be better

This was our second stay in the River Run Townhomes area. They are great properties; near new, with excellent floor plans and modern conveniences. This particular townhome fully furnished in the kitchen, so meal preparation was difficult. More cooking utensils and large serving bowls would have been helpful. The double car garage was a positive feature. Don't know whether it was intentionally heated, but it was sufficiently heated to make putting ski gear on in the garage comfortable. Overall, very nice unit.

Property was nice. communications with the manager very poor.Had to call for the wifi information not included in the packet. we lock the dead bolt and went out though the garage and the key card would no longer work. Wasn't told not to do that. couldn't find the trash dumpster, called and they could tell me where to dump my trash dishwasher didn't work

Great property but had a few quirks with wifi access and both the dishwasher and disposal wouldn't work. Contacted the mgmt company and we communicated daily but the issues weren't resolved before the end of our stay.
