Come marvel at the absolutely breathtaking view off of the balcony of our luxury two bedroom, two bath condominium located in the upscale Echota on the Ridge Community in Foscoe. This property is located off of highway 105 South, conveniently located between Boone and Banner Elk, NC and close to Blowing Rock and the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Escape your stress filled world by enjoying a level entry condo (no steps!) that offers all the comforts of home including a well equipped kitchen, flat screened tvs, stereo in living area, king size bed in the master, twins in the second bedroom and a well appointed bath for each bedroom. All linens, basic paper products and complimentary bath soaps are included.

Sit on the covered deck and enjoy the wildlife in the woods in front of you and the long range view of the Moses Cone Park and Blue Ridge Parkway. Sunrises and sunsets alike are amazing!

Wonderful mountain getaway!Nothing beats the views from the deck, especially sunrise!We enjoyed our stay at this clean and comfortable condo. Superb communication and attention to small details from the owner. The location is very convenient to Boone & Banner Elk ... and minutes away from Grandfather Mountain Winery, such a lovely place to spend the afternoon, along the river with live music! We also loved returning in the afternoons to enjoy the pool/hot tub at Echota on the Ridge, a beautiful setting! Highly recommend.

The most beautiful views. The condo was perfect and we were all able to relax. The pool was so much fun and the waterfall at the pool was beautiful and relaxing. Best trip my family has taken in a long time.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! The location was perfect, but the highlight was definitely the breathtaking view from the balcony. We enjoyed both stunning sunrises and beautiful sunsets every day. The amenities were fantastic—be sure to take advantage of the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, the clubhouse with pool table and gym, the private river access, and the stocked fishing ponds. The condo was exceptionally clean, had everything you need to cook family meals, and it was clear the owners take great pride in making sure their guests have a wonderful experience. Very convenient to Boone, Blowing Rock, Banner Elk, Sugar Mtn. We will definitely stay here again!

Ann's property was beautiful and the place is so clean and inviting. The amenities such as the pool and the workout room in the clubhouse looked beautiful we did not get to use them but we did get to look at them. It was very foggy and rainy all weekend so we didn't get to enjoy what I know is an excellent view of the back deck. Thank you very much and for the use of your home.

This was the 4th time that my family has stayed at this property, and it never disappoints. It is so nice to visit the High Country and have a place to stay that is clean, spacious, cozy, and in a great location with amazing views. The fall foliage was spectacular and Ann is a fantastic host. I expect many more stays here in the near future.

As you can see, I am an ASU alumni! My husband and I live in Charlotte. We try to visit the mountains at least once a month during the year. We love the cooler temps and fresh air!

Why they chose this property

We chose to purchase a condo in the Echota on the Ridge Community as it fit our needs of wanting a second home without serious upkeep issues. We enjoy the spectacular view, the ever changing weather and the amenities afforded to us in this 2nd home residential community and in the Watauga County area.

What makes this property unique

Our unit is a no steps walk in unit from the parking lot. The covered balcony has rocking chairs and a dining set for your outdoor enjoyment of the spectacular view. See our pictures!
