Beautiful house of 2010 with panoramic views 10 minutes south of Aix en Provence and 25 minutes north of Marseille.
Salt infinity pool fully secured by rolling shutter.
Absolute calm, after 2 paths, at the top of a hill and at the edge of the forest.
Enclosed land 2400m², 2 automatic gates, one to the north, one to the south, access from both sides of the hill.
Refreshing floor keeping the house cool.
Ideal to ask 2 families and to visit the area by day (Cassis creeks, Marseille, Aix, boat in the Gorges du Verdon, hiking at the Sainte Victoire, careers of lights in Baux-de-Provence, Luberon villages, Avignon, etc ... and all within an hour).
A 5-10min from any trade and "Plan de Campagne", the largest shopping center in Europe.
Benefit including sheets and towels.
Kitchen and ultra equipped house: wifi, Weber gas BBQ, garden lounge, deck chairs, hammock ..., baby equipment and children (trampoline, swing, football goal, ping-pong table)
