Mid-Century Modern Beauty With Bay View

My studio is ALWAYS a smoke-free unit—-PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST TO BOOK IF YOU SMOKE! Smoking outside is not an acceptable compromise--clothing and other belongings still leave the unit smelling of cigarette smoke.

Just 30-45 minutes is spent cleaning the average hotel room. I ALWAYS personally clean all my units and spend 3-4 hours minimum EVERY TIME cleaning and preparing each studio for my guests.

You can feel safe and secure, knowing my standards are extremely high.

I love my studios and I love taking care of my guests!

I reserve the right to prohibit any pet. The condo complex HOA By-Laws limit pets in the studios to one small dog (>20lbs). I further restrict the one small dog to non-shedding breeds (for cleaning and allergen purposes) and the pet must be crated when left alone. I prohibit any pet for business or student travelers—too much alone time for the doggie in a confined and strange location. Furthermore, guests who meet the above pet requirements must be willing to sign a separate Pet Agreement before the booking is finalized.

While I do offer generous discounts for extended stays--including months' long--please note, they are still priced by the day. I do not offer leases or have a "monthly rate."

Conveniently located on the Eastern Shore of Mobile Bay, 1/2 mile south of I-10, these gems are the perfect location for a commute to Mobile, Pensacola, or anywhere in the Baldwin County area. Daphne is sister city to Fairhope, AL (6 miles)---consistently ranked among the top small towns in America and most recently named by Coastal Living as 5th Happiest Seaside Town in America!! About an hour's drive to Gulf Shores, this studio packs a lot of amenities into a small space. Perfect alternative to cookie-cutter hotel rooms, I have hosted many happy vacationers, professionals and workers on temporary assignments, students and new residents on house-hunting expeditions. Great Getaway

This studio was the perfect spot for our stay in the Daphne/Fairhope area. Just off Hwy 98 yet quiet with scenic views. Much better than a hotel room at any cost. Can't wait to go back.

Communication was great! The unit was so cute and in a great location! Close to ballpark. Can walk to the waterfront restaurant and dock. For sure feel like you’re not in town, but really are! Comfortable bed and felt safe being there with my teenage son. Would stay again for sure!

Art Festival Get Away

My husband and I loved this property. It was exactly as described with an amazing view of the bay from the back deck. Perfect for a single or couple. Great communication with our property manager. Close proximity to everything we wanted to do and go. We will definitely return to this cute, clean property in the future.

Another great stay!

Felicia was great to work with as always even when we checked out early and changed our mind and needed to have access to the key again. It's complicated but this all took place in a very short period of time and Felicia was over with a key quickly. We have always found this condo to be clean and have everything we need for our stay.

A spacious, clean and tastefully furnished gem on the water!

This waterfront studio is a well-cared for, spacious and comfortable with a lot of living space. It is very thoughtfully furnished. The full kitchen with counter seating is perfect for two eating in. The updated bathroom with glass and tile shower, is a special feature.. The bedroom area is next to the floor to ceiling windows and like the outside deck, has perfect views of the night skies and beautiful sunsets. My husband and I will never forget the time we spent here.

Great Spot and Welcoming Host

My husband and I were visiting for a wedding in Spanish Fort. We wanted to stay somewhere other than the hotel most guests were staying at and Felicia’s place was just perfect for us! She has more than one unit which was great as the first we tried to book was already reserved. She suggested another unit and within minutes, we were booked! We did not have time during our visit to lay by the pool but it was nice to know that amenity was available. Close to several restaurants and just across the bay from Mobile made this a great spot to stay and still be able to get around without being in the car for too long. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will be back to stay with you anytime we’re in the area!

Cozy and Convenient

We wanted a get away with condo amenities. We love Fairhope and Mobile. This unit was perfectly located to enjoy both and allowed us the freedom to cook some for ourselves. The area was quiet and felt safe. Unit was so neat, clean and comfortable.

The condo is precious! Exactly as listed, clean and neatly organized. Everything works wonderfully and Felicia was appropriate with her contacts, what was needed but not too much. I will definitely book this one again, when schedules and finances allow another getaway.

Besides LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, great care, attention to comfort, and a sense of style go into each of my properties. I'm constantly updating or changing some little detail---long before it's "worn out" or I have to. Rest assured, these units are well-maintained, clean and modern!

What makes this property unique

The views from the back deck are to-die-for!! Guests always tell me how relaxing their stay was and how convenient to everything they needed. I live 2 miles away, and while you'll never have to see me if you choose not to, I am at your service quickly should you need anything or experience any difficulties.
