Lovely Accommodation

A lovely house, spacious, very well equipped, clean. Nice garden, large shared swimming pool, which was quiet. Near to the beach, shops, harbour and cafes. A beautiful island, flat, ideal for cycling. Would go back to this house again, highly recommended.

Amazing location and pool

Excellent stay. The property is small but comfortable, with a driveway and garden area. The shared pool is gorgeous- clean and warm. The beach is at the end of the road, 5 mins walk maximum. Ars is slightly further in the other direction, as is the bike route. Will stay again- great find.

Nice house in a lovely place

We had a lovely stay here as a family of 5. The development is shared with a hotel and well maintained. We Appreciated the nice garden and good parking space. Pool area was lovely with two pools and ample sunbeds to use. The host was very responsive and helpful if I had a question. Once I knew I could turn off the noisy vmc at night, that made a huge difference. Beware of the very creaky staircase and unfortunately the previous ‘tenant’ had not cleaned the house well and we did find the sofa was full of dog hair and we could smell it for a couple of days - it was all in the hoover that hadn’t been emptied. Had to clean the damaged dish drainer before I could use it. But overall we had a great time here and we’re sad to leave.

lovely place and a special area for a holiday

A lovely property to stay in to enjoy a special area of France. In a brilliant location near to the sea and within 10 minutes walk into the town centre and only 5 minutes walk from a very good supermarket and bike rental shop. Well equipped property provided all you needed for a good holiday. If you look at previous reviews....don't worry about noise from kitchen at hotel....not a problem. Garden is great for outside space. Swimming pool at hotel lovely. Only negatives...and not enough to stop us returning... the soundproofing between bedrooms is poor and downstairs toilet not ideal and very creaky wooden stairs. But bedrooms good, beds comfortable, bathroom good with decent shower. It's a smart development/complex and we had one of our best holidays. Lots of good restaurants in Ars and it's one of the nicest towns on the island with a beautiful harbour and plenty of choices for eating out. Very traditional food market everyday was very popular and added to the holiday experience. Owner of property very helpful with queries when asked. Highly recommend and would love to return

Das kleine Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin hat gut funktioniert und sie war bei unserer Anreise bereits vor Ort. Man kann direkt am Haus parken. Badezimmer ist sehr einfach, es könnte etwas größer sein. Schade, dass der ElektroGrill nicht funktioniert hat. Wir hatten bereits für einen Grillabend auf der großen Terrasse eingekauft, doch egal in welcher Steckdose man versuchte, den Grill einzuschalten sprang immer die gesamte Stromversorgung des Häuschens heraus. Darum und aufgrund anderer kleiner Makel nur vier Sterne.

Très satisfait

La location correspond bien à nos attentes. L'endroit est très calme. Plusieurs plages aux alentours qui méritent le détour. Nous reprendrons certainement cette location lors de notre prochain séjour sur l'Ile de Ré. La piscine est aussi un plus. La pratique du vélo très agréable sur les pistes dédiées.

Séjour à Ars-en-Ré

Maison bien située, proche des pistes cyclables et du centre d'Ars-en-Ré. Jardin agréable. Un plus d'avoir accès à la piscine. Ménage pas au top à l'arrivée sur la terrasse et les sols (escaliers). Nécessite un peu de fraicheur dans les armoires (cuisine). Les volets sont en mauvais état et l'ensemble de la maison devrait faire l'objet d'un rafraîchissement.

Bonsoir Concernant vos remarques, je vous précise que la maison a été entièrement repeinte l'an passé. Pour les volets, nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu les changer en même temps compte tenu de la règlementation de la mairie et de la copropriété qui ne le permettait pas. Nous avons obtenu l'acceptation en juillet 2022. L'ensemble des volets devrait donc être remplacé avant la prochaine saison. Concernant le ménage, je suis un peu étonnée car les autres locataires ne m'ont pas fait ce type de remarques. Je vais néanmoins me renseigner auprès de la personne chargée des états des lieux. Super séjour

Location au top. Grande, adapté aux enfants avec un bel exterieur. Et un interieur spacieux. Résidence calme mais hors periode scolaire. Piscine agreable mais tres peu chauffée pour les enfants. (cela ne dépend pas des propriétaires j imagine) Emplacement réservée pour la voiture tres agreable avec des enfants. Relation avec les propriétaires parfaites. Personne sur place très disponible et agreable. À recommander+++

séjour réussi à Ars en Ré

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est spacieuse, confortable avec une terrasse à l'extérieur que nous avons bien appréciée. L'accès à la piscine est un plus. Il y a possibilité de louer des vélo à 5 mn à pied de la maison . Loueur à côté du camping.

excellent séjour

Très agréable séjour dans cette location. Le décor est soigné, la literie est bonne, le petit jardinet est très agréable. La piscine est très proche et nous en avons bien profité. Il manquait tout de même pas mal de vaisselle dans le logement.

Les autres vacanciers ne m'ont jamais fait cette remarque et j'ai pu constater par moi-même qu'il y avait bien le nécessaire pour un logement de 5 personnes. Très agréable séjour

Petite maison de vacances bien équipée, plutôt bien située, à proximité des commerces et de la plage (même si celle-ci n'est pas idéale pour les enfants). La météo mitigée de mai ne nous a malheureusement pas permis de profiter de l'extérieur, mais nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
