This is our third winter renting this gem of a home. The home is beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The linens on the beds are 100% cotton and super cozy. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, while the stunning views enhance the overall ambiance. Guests can unwind in the large hot tub or gather around the outdoor fire pit for cozy evenings. With an indoor fireplace to add warmth while you play a game or watch a movie. With its close proximity to Powderhorn ski resort, this cabin is an ideal retreat for both relaxation and adventure. Tyson is an exceptional host. Very prompt to reply to any questions. Looking forward to returning next yesr.

Fabulous stay in the mountains!

I really can't say enough about this property. From the wrap around deck, great views from the main room, to the fire pit and hot tub, it is just a perfect getaway. The property is super clean, and the host has thought of all the details. We definitely are looking forward to coming back in the future!

We were in town for a holiday weekend ski trip to Powderhorn. This house was in the perfect location. House was fully stocked with everything we could need. Tyson was quick to respond to any questions. Would love to come back in the summer and stay here.

Lovely Stay & Perfect Family Getaway

The cabin is beautiful, clean, spacious, inviting, and right around the corner from Powderhorn. Our host was welcoming, the cabin had everything we needed and more allowing our family a relaxing and wonderful time. We had 3 teenagers and there was lots of room for all. The hot tub, stocked kitchen, laundry, games, deck, and fireplace were lovely to have. And the view was spectacular! The proximity to the slopes was superb, just a short drive up around the corner and we were there. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Thank you for allowing our family to stay in your beautiful cabin. The grandchildren ranged from 3-12. We rented 2 different places because of the size of our family. The grandchildren enjoyed the hot tub and the parents enjoyed the back deck with the comfy sofa and chairs.

The best!

The house was beautiful, and a perfect location to hit first runs at Powderhorn. And there wasn’t a single thing that we thought, “Man, I wish we had X,” that the house didn’t have! Enough towels? Check. Salt and pepper? Check. Coffee pods? Check. Scissors? Check. A sharpie to write out names on plastic cups? Check. Dish soap. Board games. The list goes on. In short, the house felt like a home, and it was so much appreciated! We can’t wait to come back!

Highly Recommend for Powderhorn Resort and Grand Mesa Adventures

This is the second time that we have stay here, once in the January and once in July. It is in a great location for winter and summer activities. Besides the wonderful location, it was well stocked with every kitchen need and felt like a second home. Perfect for families to make memorable experiences. We will definitely be back!

Spring break skiing at Powderhorn

Immaculate and spacious mountain cabin with spectacular views and super easy access to Powderhorn Mountain Resort. We enjoyed this cabin with a total of 4 adults and 4 children ages 7-14 with plenty of space for all. Cabin is well stocked with every kitchen appliance you could want, gas/charcoal grill, ping pong table, and games galore! Communication with the owner was easy and prompt and everything was as described. Fabulous experience all around! Would definitely stay again!

What a great place to get away for a little bit. Hot tub was so much fun. We had 7 people and it worked out so well. A little far away from grand junction where we went for country jam but that was the only downside.
