On the first floor, you’ll find a guest suite with a King bed and TV. Upstairs, the master King en-suite offers privacy and comfort, while two additional bedrooms with twin beds provide plenty of space for family and friends. • POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Work/vacation time

Overall, our stay at this location was good. The pictures when booking showed nicer furniture in the living room, the current chairs look to be office chairs. Paint touch ups were a different color than the walls so it looks like a quick job just to get it done. The light fixtures in the kitchen and dining room were very dirty. Patio furniture cushions were discolored and worn. Kitchen didn’t have any pot holders or rags and bathrooms didn’t have any wash rags.

The villa is only 10 minute drive from Disney and about 20 from Universal which was great for us as we have previously stayed in Davenport and Haines city (30-45 minute drive) The villa is as shown on the pictures. On arrival the villa was clean and tidy, and had the basics provided - the email sent by executive villas listed what was in the villa so this helped us plan what we needed to bring with us beforehand. The communication with executive villas was fantastic and both times we had an issue (wifi and patio door) it was solved on the same day which was really appreciated. There was plenty of room for a family of 4 and the pool, although small, was great to cool down after a day in the parks. Walmart / Publix plus restaurants are all within 2 miles, plenty of choice too. The only niggle was that the villa is attached and close to other houses and you can hear your neighbours. A couple of times we had noisy groups staying next door so we were woken up, fortunately they only stayed for very short periods of time. Overall we really enjoyed staying here and I would definitely recommend.

Nice decor and layout. Everything seemed very clean. We needed the smoke alarm battery changed and someone was there within the hour on a weekend. Comfortable beds. Good area with lots of stores nearby for necessities.

Awesome Place to stay

Thia is exactly as advertised. Very clean and very comfortable. The pool was great, the kids loved it! Very secure area and family friendly. Very close to Disney, about 20 minutes to Universal. Our family will be renting this one again next trip.
