We had a different booking that got canceled on the way down to Kissimmee. We booked this the day before we got there with no issues! The manager text for our IDs then keep communication going through the app to make sure everything was good with the house after check in. I was thankful they had changed out the white sofa and white chairs. White in a rental just worried me with a family for a week. The house was clean and located close to the gates. The pool was great with lots of chairs and tanning space!
