Worldmark Kihei, Maui - 2 Bedroom Condo, Directly Across from Beach

A family friendly resort, WorldMark Kihei is directly across from lovely Kamaole beach and located in south Maui. You will find many options for dining and easy access to water sport rentals and snorkel trips, scuba and whale watching boats.

King in the Master, 2 Twins or 1 Queen in the second bedroom and Queen Murphy Bed in living area. Condos have full kitchens, two full bathrooms, washer/dryer, balcony and central air. The resort has elevators, a family pool a children's pool, a spa, a grill area and fitness center on site.

The front desk is open 24 hours a day.

The resort is located just off the Piilani Highway in the up-and-coming town of Kihei. The resort is about 20 minutes from the airport. It has all the amenities you’ve come to expect, with the added benefits of being in Hawaii and just across the street from the beach.

When you arrive on Maui, you'll discover an island composed of two volcanoes, white-sand beaches, quiet villages where the residents still speak hawaiian and colorful, bustling tourist centers. While there, you can watch for whales, golf at some of the world’s best courses, coast down a volcano on a mountain bike, tour a pineapple plantation, take a catamaran to a neighboring island, or tour Maui by helicopter. And don’t forget snorkeling, shopping, tennis, windsurfing, hiking, bodysurfing, scuba diving and horseback riding! Be warned—there’s so much to do, you’ll want to spend an extra week in Kihei.

The resort fee for WiFi is $9.95 per day or $49.95 for 10 days for 3 devices (rates subject to change).

Great location

We loved the proximity to the beach. The beds, including the Murphy bed, were very comfortable. There was a lot of room for a family of 4. We also really enjoyed having the washer and dryer. The views from the balconies are not amazing, and the WiFi, during the time we were there at least, was not great. The pool and hot tub were a nice perk.

Condo was great, but only could see the parking lot from the patio. The location was super great. The main issue was with the construction, but we only had to work through the area. There was some limitation to parking, but not too bad.

This condo was very clean and nice. The grounds were also nice. It was a very short walk to the beach and other popular spots. The pool and hot tub area was very nice to visit. Now for the buyer beware part! We have been coming to Hawaii for over ten years and stayed in VRBO's every time. This is the first VRBO we ever stayed in that did not have beach appliances, ie: beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, etc., etc., etc. We had to rent beach chairs and a cooler. We had to buy beach towels. We were there for ten nights and there were only enough bath towels for one night. So, we had to do laundry every day. We had to buy TP, paper towels, dish soap, soap etc. Very nice and comfortable but nothing supplied. Ten years + and this is the first like this. We are talking at a minimum of 25 different places too. We won't be back. There are way to many choices and this isn't going to be on the list again.

Good deal and great access to a great beach

We really enjoyed our stay especially when we thought about how much we might have been paying at another very expensive resort. We used the BBQ grills often and really liked them. The other residents were nice and we felt very safe. Great access to very nice beaches close by, of course Maui is not that big so you can get anywhere in about an hour. The room was clean, but we did find one cockroach on our bathroom vanity about 5 days in to the stay. We also found another bug our last night. The property manager was nice about it, but that was concerning and we steamed our bags and washed all our cloths as soon as we got home to ensure they didn't come home with us. I suppose any property in the warm Maui climate will fight that issue. Overall I would say we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.

Great place near beach for family of four

This place was perfect for our family of four. We loved the location to be able to walk to the beach to catch early morning sunrise and sunsets. The kamaole beach is wonderful and we enjoyed snorkeling at charlie young beach on the north end of kamaole. We enjoyed two fantastic food trucks parked outside the condo complex (thai fusion and fresh fish and shrimp) and also walking to other amenities like ABC store and other nearby plazas with other restaurant options. The pool area was enjoyable and lovely in the evening with it’s tiki torches. Wifi is not included but you can purchase it i also thought the second bedroom had two single beds based on the photos and description great for each teenage kid, but it was a queen. However, we used the Murphy bed for one of them and that worked out fine. It was really comfy as well as the other two beds. Loved the washer/dryer and the kitchen had good supply of dishes and appliances for cooking. I would recommend this place to others.
