Maui Sunset is an oceanfront condo complex and is located on the ocean side of S. Kihei Rd. Walk to the beach from the condo and enjoy spectacular sunsets and views.

We provide Microfiber Beach Towels for our guests - They are thinner than regular cotton beach towels, but wick water from your body, resist sand buildup, dry faster and are lighter and more compact than a cotton beach towels.

Enjoy the Island feel from our renovated two bedroom condo conveniently located in central Kihei. Newer kitchen, bathrooms and tile flooring. We have beach items: towels. ice chest, chairs, & umbrella for your use.
There are air conditioning wall units in both bedrooms and the living area which are on 4 hour timers as well as ceiling fans in each room and a floor fan if needed. When the trade winds are blowing we suggest opening the sliders, close the screens and turn on the ceiling fans for a nice cross breeze.

Travel comfortably with another couple or a family. Plenty of room with the queen Murphy bed.

The complex is beautiful and from the lanai you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee bathing in the sun while viewing Haleakala volcano and garden views. You may see a peek of ocean from our lanai, but we consider our unit as a garden view and price it accordingly.

The pool, property, lawn and all other amenities are well maintained. There is an office on property located in the B building for all your inquiries about the Maui Sunset property. If you need assistance with our condo; contact our property manager first, then the on island contact. The Maui Sunset office only registers our guests and distributes the condo keys, pool key fob and parking pass. Parking is not designated so you may park anywhere it is not marked for another use.

Dine in using our fully stocked kitchen with newer appliances or better yet head down to the group BBQ's to catch up on what other travelers or locals are up to. The best recipes are exchanged down there. If you are not interested in cooking at the condo, there are plenty of restaurants on the island to satisfy your needs. Let us know if you need recommendations?

Tennis and Pickleball courts nearby at the county park just adjacent to the Maui Sunset complex. There is an activity desk at the poolside for rentals and booking excursions.
