There are two bedrooms and one full bathroom on the first level and two bedrooms with a primary suite on the third level with one additional hall bathroom. A rooftop deck with panoramic views of downtown Dewey, the ocean, and the bay! A porch off the third-floor primary suite with OCEAN VIEWS is a great spot to enjoy an early-morning coffee or late-afternoon cocktail. Located steps from the Atlantic Ocean, you will surely enjoy the beach all day as you can walk back and forth quickly to the property. Just park your car and enjoy Dewey! Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
LOCATION: Oceanblock on Van Dyke Street in Dewey Beach.
PARKING: Assigned two parking spots. There is no overflow.
AMENITIES: Outdoor shower, ceiling fans, screened-in porch, washer, dryer, and electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out.
THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a linen rental package for an easy check-in and check-out process. No pets and smoking.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
