This beach rental is located at the end of McKinley Street right on the beach. Unit #1 is located at the end of the condominium providing a private, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. With 3 decks and an outside shower, there is never a reason to be indoors. Located in the heart of Dewey Beach, Surfside Plaza is steps from the restaurants, bars, and shopping of Dewey Beach. The Jolly Trolly stop is just up the block and a 7 minute ride from the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk.

This was our second stay here. It is a fabulous location and the two outdoor spaces make it so easy to enjoy the ocean and the beach that is only a few steps away. More than a great location, this is a fully equipped home and simply a great place to stay.

I had a lovely off-season stay with my kids and highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to recharge by the beach. The ocean views are unmatched (2 balconies!), the place is clean and has the rooms/kitchen have everything you need. Communication with my host was terrific too. There’s also a great coffee shop at the end of the block!

The place is as billed. It was clean and ready for us (early). It really is steps from the beach and the views are incredible. The dogs loved watching activity on the beach from the top floor balcony! On Saturday we all watched the Doodle Romp at Dewey, the whole thing was yards away. Kerry was very responsive, it was a great long weekend. The only negative was bad weather, but that was interesting to watch over the ocean.We will be back!

Location was perfect and the sunsets from the upper deck were beautiful. Walk out the door and you have a short walk to water’s edge or to a great choice of restaurants and shops. This is the vacation rental my family has been wishing for.

It was a great place to stay, the nicest we have been to in our many stays at Dewey Beach. The house was clean and well-appointed. Even the cookware was of good quality. The unit was ideal: an end unit with a clear view of the beach (sunrise) and up the beach in both directions. We would gladly stay there again. The host was very friendly and responsive. Best location in Dewey. Woke up to incredible sunrise over the ocean almost every morning. Hurricane Erin made the boogie boarding extra fun. Walked to the bars after a day on the ocean. The view was amazing, but we were very disappointed with the new Dewey Beach "rules" that allow dogs to run free. And many dog owners did not handle their dogs properly, so we went to a neighboring beach a few miles away where there were very few people and just one or two dogs in the distance.
