This beach rental is located at the end of McKinley Street right on the beach. Unit #1 is located at the end of the condominium providing a private, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. With 3 decks and an outside shower, there is never a reason to be indoors. Located in the heart of Dewey Beach, Surfside Plaza is steps from the restaurants, bars, and shopping of Dewey Beach. The Jolly Trolly stop is just up the block and a 7 minute ride from the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk.

Beautiful location

We brought the older generations, 77+ to the beach. The views from the balconies are terrific. The outdoor shower is really in an outdoor ‘closet’. Nice shower. Beach chairs are there, and beds are comfortable. Would definitely come again. 🌊⛱️.

Wonderful beachside condo

This is a charming oceanside condo with great beach views. Some more recent updates like wood floors help keep the place looking fresh. Great furniture, beds, kitchen appliances. The beach in Dewey is both centrally located for restaurants and takeout as well as right on a beautiful beach that is particularly nice in the offseason (fewer people). The owner was responsive, kind, and communicative. This is a great find.

Nice Weekend

The location is perfect. The unit was clean with nice outdoor seating areas. This unit is two levels and the steps to the second floor are steep. Also the transition into the kitchen is a tripping hazard. These two items aren’t really a problem unless someone has mobility issues. Overall it was a cute place to spend the weekend.

Location Location Location!!

What a great spot to be in the middle of all Dewey Beach has to offer!!! This unit has a great layout and is nicely updated - the outdoor living spaces are wonderful and the place is well equipped with everything you need - Just bring your clothes (and your linens) The beach access is unparalleled and you can lie in bed and watch the sunrise! Kerry was great to work with and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Best location & view!

We loved everything about our stay! The location cannot be beat especially with two little boys (ages 4&6), just steps from the beach! We didn’t need much but Kerry is available to help with any and everything, and the house is fantastic (the upper deck is our favorite!). We will definitely be back!

This beachfront rental is only a few steps away from the beach. Very close to many restaurants in Dewey. Loved the view of the beach. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay!!

Great location, beautiful views!

Absolutely perfect location in Dewey! We loved the place and beautiful views. Steps to the beach. We were not able to use the washer/dryer due to the door being locked. Overall very clean except for some random socks and soda bottles under the beds from the previous renters. We would stay here again in the future!
