Location, location, location! We are in the heart of Dewey Beach overlooking the Rehoboth Bay, beautifully decorated, landscaped and comes with two parking spaces! One block will get you to the beach, restaurants, bars, shopping, kayaking, playgrounds and more! We offer everything you need for a perfect family vacation or friends get away and yes, pups are free! Large dog crate included! Our updated beach themed condo is three levels, four bedrooms, two and half baths, outdoor shower, small fenced in yard, four decks with the main one fully furnished with a buffet ledge, bar stools, table, lounge chair, nicely landscaped and ready for morning coffee or happy hour overlooking the bay. Enjoy cooking in our updated kitchen with all brand new appliances and every kitchen gadget and tools you can think of from air fryer, Instapot, crock pot, blender, pod coffee maker, ice maker, spices, and more! Our bedrooms offer unique spaces for getting ready for a night out! Comfortable beds, as well as sleep sound machines and fans in every room. We provide all blankets, pillows comforters. Bring your own sheets. All bathrooms have hair dryers, towels and washcloths! Other amenities include beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach bags, and boogie boards. WE HAVE EVERYTHING FOR YOU! Let us know if your stay is a special occasion and we will add a fun surprise! Staying for a holiday? We can add some fun decor to make it special for your guests too! We had a great stay at this location. Walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, and many restaurants. We had 4 adult couples, each had their own bed/bedroom, but shared bathrooms. Had a wonderful stay; would definitely recommend!

Even better than the pictures - super cute beach decor, open concept main floor with a great balcony, fully stocked kitchen, and spacious/clean/comfy bedrooms and bathrooms. Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay for 2 families and 2 dogs! The location was excellent and was central to restaurants and night life and close to the beach. The property manager was so accommodating and checked in on us to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely recommend this for a stay at the beach!

Great Place

The property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, very spacious, and very close to everything. We had 2 families stay here with a total of 4 adults, 5 kids, and 1 dog. Everyone had a great time. We were able to check in a little earlier which was very much appreciated considering how hot it was and we had limited places to go with our dog while we waited.

Great place to stay in Dewey

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect, center of Dewey. We had a large group and 2 dogs. Owner was beyond accomodating, she went way beyond to help us out. Can't thank her enough for a wonderful stay.

Great place. One bedroom had bed on stilts and was unusable for us. Recommend clearing much of owners’ stuff so there is more room for guest items.

We had a great stay, with two parents, a teenage son, five of his friends and the family dog. It’s a cozy condo for eight, but it worked great as a home base for lots of time out at the beach and on the town. Kelly was very helpful with communication, and the provision of a large dog crate was a big space saver in our packing!

Friends Trip!

We had 6 adults, 2 kids and a dog. Very comfortable house with all the amenities you need and the perfect location within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We had a great time and the hosts communication was always quick and helpful both leading up to and during the trip.

We are Dewey Beach locals, and we want to provide you with best experience as we used to love our childhood beach vacations with family and friends. Why they chose this property

Our condo is in the perfect Dewey Beach location! Enjoy the sunsets on the bay from our spacious living room deck or relax on the deck overlooking the garden in the backyard, or enjoy stellar views form the rooftop deck. Our place has a very happy, bright, beachy, cozy feel, and it is our home in the winter. We pride ourselves in its appearance and the little extras that make things perfect for your stay like 8 beach chairs, umbrella, coolers bags, etc. We are on the bay, one block from the beach, and all that Dewey has to offer... award winning restaurants bars, and LIVE music every night! Directly across the street, behind the Bay Resort Motel you can rent Kayaks and Stand up Paddle Boards to enjoy the bay! Park your car and GO! We are one mile form the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, ten minutes south to Bethany, and one half hour south to Ocean City, Maryland! Because Dewey Beach has a Noise Ordinance, we cannot accommodate noisy, rowdy guests or we will lose our rental license. So if you are here to be loud, destructive and crazy, this may not be the place for you.
We love families, couples sharing the house and respectful singles.
We do allow for well-behaved dogs for no charge.
No cats. No smoking or drugs, please.
WE DO NOT RENT TO HIGHSCHOOLERS FOR SENIOR WEEK OR GRAD WEEK!
