Come and enjoy this cozy, freshly renovated home away from home that's nestled in a quiet neighborhood less than 2 miles from historic downtown Franklin. The Parkside Pines provides immediate direct access through our gated fence to Jim Warren park; including walking/ bike paths, athletic fields, tennis/ basketball courts as well as a playground and skate park. We renovated this home with the sole purpose of providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience while exploring small town American at its finest in the heart of Tennessee. Come see for yourself, you’re going to love it!

Three bedrooms are all on the main level of the home, with two twin beds in the bonus room.

Another fantastic stay

We first stayed at this property 2 years ago when we were checking out the area. We have since moved to Franklin but needed a place to escape our kitchen remodel. Again, Kim’s house did not disappoint. It has a great central location, is clean and well appointed. It was perfect for our family of 4. Book this home, you will not be disappointed.

Above and beyond accommodations for our young family! The house was very clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. Great location abutting the park, which we weren't able to utilize due to snow during our stay, but Kim and her husband made sure the driveway and walkway were clear for us. Short drive to downtown. Easy check in and out. Would recommend!

Beautiful Home and Wonderful Amenities!

We so enjoyed our week at this wonderful property close to downtown Franklin and near Nashville. Kim, the Property Manager, was easy to communicate with and attentive to anything we might need! The home is decorated beautifully and was a great oasis to come back to after our busy days. Kim has thoughtfully stocked the house and there are so many special touches throughout. The floor plan lives so easily for adults as well as for children. Terrific location in a park area and close to all the charm downtown Franklin has to over. We look forward to renting this home again!

Amazing!

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time staying here during our first visit to the Nashville area. Spacious, super clean, beautifully decorated, and so very pleasant, this home was a perfect spot for my family. And we could not have been more comfortable, whether eating breakfast in the open kitchen, relaxing and watching basketball on TV in the living room, or sleeping in the bedrooms after a busy day. Seriously...we could have stayed here for weeks! Nicely located in a quiet neighborhood, the house is next to a park, with a wonderful walking/running trail. Downtown Franklin is only a few driving minutes away. And it's easy to drive to anything else in the area, i.e., downtown Nashville, the Hermitage, etc. Lastly, Kim is a delight to work with. The communication was great. I really, really hope to return here very soon!

Our stay was perfect! We couldn't have asked for more. House was clean, warm and welcoming from decor to amenities. So many extras and special touches right down to the apple cider hand soap! Kim, our host, was proactive and reached out with check in and check out instructions more than 24 hours in advance and was just a text away during our stay. We were in the area for a family wedding and the house was perfect to host an impromptu meal following the afternoon reception. Downtown Franklin was a short drive away and we enjoyed spending time in The Factory and other nearby sites.I would not hesitate to recommend Kim and her lovely home to anyone heading to the area. Would definitely stay again!
