Lincoln Terrace was designated as a Historic Preservation District in 1974. Most homes in the area were built in the 20's & 30's after the erection of the state capitol. The neighborhood has undergone a renaissance in recent years in part as a result of the expansion of the Oklahoma Medical Center complex, anchored by the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, on its south side.

From the property, it's only a 5 minute drive to bustling Broadway Ave for Oklahoma Contemporary Art Center, great restaurants & bars such as Hatch Early Mood Food, Broadway 10, Coffee Slingers, Nic's burgers...
Love art? You have to come by Factory Obscura ( 5 mins away) where local artists create cooperative temporary, immersive installations with avant-garde themes. Clean sheets and towels are provided at the beginning of every stay. If you wish to launder them during your stay, there is washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided.
Guests will be responsible for their own essentials (soap, toilet paper, etc.) once they have used the complimentary essentials provided at the beginning of their stay.
PET POLICY: A maximum of 1 pet (dogs or cats) is allowed. Pets must be house-trained, have up-to-date shots, and be properly groomed to minimize shedding. Pets should be crated while unattended in the property and kept off of furniture at all times. You are responsible for cleaning up the yard after your own pet. There is a $50/pet/stay fee.
