Everything is accessible on foot, the villa is 100m from Bestouan beach, 600m from Cassis port and 800m from Calanque de Port-Miou, in the Calanques National Park.

Price lowered if you are very few - to do with the owners.


The villa is composed of:
- 7 double bedrooms, each with its bathroom and WC
- 1 bedroom with 4 sleeping places (2 bunk beds) with its shower room and its WC
- a very large living room with a hyper-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, 2 dishwashers, 110 cm stove), 2 guest WCs.
- at the swimming pool level, a hyper-equipped summer kitchen, an outdoor shower, 1 WC
- 2 car garage and 3 outdoor spaces
- laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers
- large terraces equipped with garden furniture: tables, chairs, deckchairs, deckchairs, ...

SWIMMING POOL 14.5m long, heated and secure.

Wifi and air conditioning throughout the house.

The rent includes the supply of sheets and towels for the bathrooms (You must bring pool/beach towels). Final cleaning is extra and costs 600 €.

Rental for a period of less than 1 week possible only outside school holidays.

Amazing stay

We stayed at this gorgeous house for 3 days with friends and family. It has the best view in Cassis and is a short walk to the port for restaurants and shops. Isabelle and Yannick were very helpful throughout and the house was immaculate. We would definitely stay here again! It has everything you need for a perfect stay. Thank you for making our stay special.

Sensational

This is a very spacious villa, in a fabulous location close to the centre and the beach. All bedrooms had en suite, which made for a relaxing holiday with so many people. The villa has breathtaking views of the castle, the port and the cliffs of Cassis. We were a family party of 12 and had a fantastic week, hanging out by the pool, sharing meals, walking in the Calanques and sampling the local market and cafes.

Perfect location in Cassis

We had a wonderful stay and Yannick was very helpful and attentive. This house was located right near the beach and we loved the pool. Make sure to bring your own soap and shampoo for the showers, it’s not provided. The view was fantastic, we would stay here again!

Four Family Stay

We stayed as four families, with children aged 15 to 7, and had a wonderful stay. Property is very well located, lots of room, well equipped and with the most amazing views of Cassis and the sea. Children loved the pool and beaches and post of Cassis are within a short walk. Also we used local caterers when staying which was incredibly convenient. Really recommend property.

The perfect home!

Cassis is a beautiful little village, and we have made wonderful memories there throughout the years. This time we enjoyed the house so much that we didn't want to venture out as much as usual. The view was spectacular, the home was well appointed, and we all felt we could relax without being on top of each other. Very special place. Thank you Isabelle.

Absolutely enchanting view and location. The pool is lovely. Good parking and very clean. Also stayed here 3 years ago. Suggestions: Replace towels and replace quilts in all bedrooms (all tired and worn), provide washcloths, provide kitchen organization. Since there are two kitchens, we were constantly running back and forth to find things. Labeling where things are supposed to be would help.It was chaos. Provide adequate toilet paper, etc for longer stays, make sure garbage pick up at the property is included. The owner is great to deal with. Overall ...wonderful experience.

Love this place

Overall, a fabulous home with a view that seems like a dream. The living areas and kitchen make it very special. One suggestion: provide soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the bathrooms. Just the hotel size bottles. If not, you should let the guests know in advance.

As far as soaps are concerned, it is not customary to provide this in rentals in France, unlike a hotel stay. However, I have already thought about it and the small bottles of soap do not correspond to my desire for effort in terms of waste management. But you're right, it can be very annoying to think of finding soaps and not having any. I will plan a small stock for vacationers who have forgotten theirs. Isabelle

Family Birthday Celebrations

There were 12 adults plus a baby and we all had the most magical holiday! Nothing can prepare you for the views from the house!! The weather was fabulous and pool perfect. The house has everything you could possibly want and more. Cassis is a short walk from the house with endless fabulous restaurants and some excellent shopping opportunities too! Had the best time! Extremely amazing

Stayed here with 16 ppl from our family, it was truly excellent. So many of us yet we had so much space and separate places to be it was like having more than one house. We had a few dinners on the upstairs deck with the insane view; it felt surreal (Recommend takeachef.com)!! The beach access is crazy convenient and the walk into town and to the calanques couldn’t have been more pleasant. The pool was exactly refreshing and could’ve been happy just being there without even going to the beach honestly. The house is cool and quiet and airy. LOVED.

Wonderful place

The villa exceeded our expectations. We were a large family vacationing together. It is not easy to find places that comfortable fit everyone. The bedrooms were all great. The younger children (8,10,11,14) enjoyed the bunk room. The location was perfect easy to walk to town and easy to hike to the Calanques. We didn’t use our car all week. My suggestion would be to take an Uber from the airport. There is enough to do that you really don’t need to drive anywhere, except maybe the grocery store. We cooked in a couple of nights and the kitchen worked great. Our only problem was with the grill. When we plugged it in the power to the house went out. Yannick was very quick to come over. He figured out that having the both the grill on and the oven inside was too much. He fixed the problem. The kids enjoyed the pool as did the adults. I would definitely recommend this Villa.

A Villa with a View

What an incredible home and location. When I booked the villa the house looked amazing as did the views of Bestuon Beach a short walk away. Nothing could have prepared us for the absolutely stunning view of Cassis Harbor from the living room with floor to ceiling windows. The group said I knocked it out of the park on finding the place. Honestly, I’m not sure I could repeat this again somewhere else. We had fourteen people and we never felt crowded. The rooms were lovely as were the bathrooms and kitchens - yes two - and the pool was simply amazing. We all felt like we were living the dream. The group is planning on coming back. The city of Cassis is a nice stroll from the location too and we didn’t need to drive much but there was plenty of room for multiple vehicles. The hosts were lovely with the written instructions as were the property managers. You won’t go wrong if you rent this villa!

Eine wunderschöne Villa mit sagenhafter Aussicht auf das Cap Canaille und das Meer. Die Ausstattung ist weitgehend perfekt, lediglich die Außen-Sitzplätze bedürfen einer Erneuerung- hier war es vermutlich etwas von Nachteil, dass wir die ersten Gäste der Saison waren. Egal, es war einfach toll!… und, wer gut zu Fuß ist kann tolle Wanderungen unternehmen-für Gäste mit Einschränkungen ist die Gegend allerdings eine Herausforderung.

La villa est spacieuse et confortable. Chaque chambre est indépendante avec sa SdB et ses toilettes, c'est très appréciable. L'emplacement et la vue sont exceptionnels. Un séjour inoubliable

Nous louons des maisons en France depuis plus de 20 ans. C'était de loin la plus belle et la plus grande villa que nous ayons jamais louée. L'occasion était notre 60e anniversaire. C'était une expérience incroyable. Les équipements de la villa (des chambres, de la cuisine, de la vaisselle, des verres et des couverts jusqu'aux espaces extérieurs) étaient parfaits. La vue depuis la terrasse, les chambres et surtout depuis le grand salon et la salle à manger était magnifique. Un autre gros plus est la proximité du port et des places de parking. Un grand merci à Isabelle, mais aussi à Yannick et sa femme pour votre flexibilité et gentillesse.

Séjour magnifique en famille à 15 personnes, beaucoup d'espace pour chaque couple, pièce à vivre splendide, villa très bien équipée notamment en électro ménager. Échanges chaleureux avec la propriétaire et le couple d'accueil. Proximité du centre ville tout à pied appréciable.

Villa formidable avec vue extraordinaire sur le port, la montagne et la mer. Dommage que l'équipement soit un peu insuffisant: vaisselle et verres dépareillés (il n'y a pas 16 verres de table identiques) pas d'assiettes creuses au pays de la bouillabaisse ! pas de gel douche dans les salles de bain, (le moindre hotel en fournit), Dommage car tout le reste était parfait.

Une superbe maison et un superbe emplacement Un seul bémol pour nous, nous avions dans le groupe 2 adultes marchant avec grandes difficultés et la maison n’est pas adaptée à ce type de handicap.
