New apartment very functional with private garden and terrace. Private parking is located right outside the garden. An open sheltered area allows you to store and protect bikes or strollers.

The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen, very bright, overlooking the garden, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Très bon séjour dans ce petit appartement. La hauteur sous plafond surprend au début n'est n'est pas forcément gênante. Très bien équipé, on se croirait à la maison.La place de parking se trouve devant le logement mais le voisin râle alors on doit se garer juste au dessus sans problèmes. Manque juste des fenêtres qui s'ouvrent entièrement ou une petite clim pour les jours très chauds.Je recommande vivement.Je recommande

Appartement presque parfait. Le seul bémol est qu'il manque de ventilation et de circulation d'air. Nous y étions pendant la canicule du début juillet 2025. Très propre, lits confortables, tout y est. Les hôtes sont très amicaux et serviables. Les serviettes de douche et les litteries étaient fournis.

Nous sommes venues entre copines pour 3 jours. Le logement est bien situé par rapport au centre et à la plage. Nous avons tout fait à pied. Garage en sous-sol aménagé en logement

Il ne s'agit pas d'un rez-de-jardin mais d'un sous-sol, et l'extérieur est limité à une allée de garage. La seule vraie lumière vient de la baie vitrée qui sert d'entrée. Deux petites fenêtres dans les chambres n'offrent pas de vue extérieure, mais sur des murs distants de quelques mètres. Le logement est petit et sa ventilation n'est pas très efficace. Petite salle de bain. Table pliable pour gagner de la place. Le canapé est inconfortable (planche en bois verticale au niveau des jambes), car il s'agit en fait d'un lit. Les propriétaires sont peu sympathiques. Un soir le propriétaire est descendu de son terrain pour nous sermonner sur le fait que nous fumions dans l'allée de garage en prenant un verre, et en nous disant qu'il était écrit que le logement était non fumeur. Il a préféré nous aborder sur le côté "juridique", plutôt que de nous le demander aimablement. La propriétaire ne fait pas de signe amical lorsqu'on s'aperçoit de loin. Le problème est que la location se situe à l'intérieur de la maison des propriétaires.

Bonjour Monsieur, Nous sommes désolés que l'appartement ne correspondait pas à vos attentes, néanmoins, je ne peux pas vous laissez dénigrer ainsi notre appartement et toutes nos années de location sans conflit uniquement parce que vous avez été blessé que l'on ait besoin de vous rappeler que c'est un appartement non-fumeur. Pour rappel, l’annonce indique bien un appartement et non une maison individuelle. Il fait 40m² et nous ne trichons pas sur la superficie. Nous ne cachons pas que nous vivons au-dessus et nous avons que des avis positifs sur notre accueil. J’ai bien ressenti que vous n’aviez pas apprécié que je vous rappelle à l’ordre sur la cigarette mais nous l’indiquons sur l’annonce ainsi que sur les mails de confirmation. Il me semble que dans un monde respectueux, on ne fume pas sous la fenêtre de son voisin non-fumeur même en location. Merci quand même de votre visite. Bien à vous,

Très belle location et en plus très bien située. Première fois à Arcachon et ravis. Les commerces sont proches à pied l'océan aussi. En plus cest dans un endroit calme et agréable.
