The space
As a VIP Properties guest, you will lounge on the lower level of our newly renovated 4-level mansion. The interior is curated with high-end modern furnishings for your optimal comfort and tranquility. When you enter this brand-new rental unit, you will be in awe with our bright open-concept floor plan design with sophisticated and sumptuous décor that adds an ambiance of finesse and grandeur to the living space, giving you a spacious and luxurious feel. The Main Living Area features a 55-inch flat-panel UHD Smart LED TV with equipped with free cable TV (via Spectrum TV app). During your stay, you will have plenty of entertainment options at your fingertips with Roku TV where you can stream Netflix, Hulu, ect... and enjoy a theater-like immersive experience! A pull-out sofa with queen-sized bed equipped with a memory gel foam mattress, coffee table, comfortable accent chairs, and a view of the garden.

You will have a Fully Stocked Kitchen appointed with modern stainless-steel appliances, stovetop, over-the-range microwave, range, sink w/disposal, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, glassware, tableware, pots, pans, dishes, cups, utensils, waffle maker, Keurig coffee maker with Starbucks coffee k-cup pods to brew the perfect cup of coffee, rice cooker, & Ninja Air fryer/steamer. The breakfast bar/kitchen island offers stool seating for six, with an additional 3 folding counter stools in the guest bedroom closet for your convenience if needed.

The Bedrooms are generously spacious and equipped with Queen size beds with gel memory foam mattresses styled with white, plush hotel-quality cotton linens, large closets, ample shelves and elegant blackout curtains, creating a calm and restful environment for your optimal comfort.

The Master Bedroom features an en suite bathroom, a workspace with desk and chair, luggage rack, iron and steamer, ironing board and hair dryer.

There are two Full Bathrooms with rainfall shower heads that feature a soft steady and even water flow that emulates rainfall, and handheld wands, tubs, all-natural shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and high-quality white towels and wash cloths.

Contact-less self-check-in to guest suite with keyless entry via a Smart Lock. Access codes will be provided prior to check-in.

There is a small flight of stairs (6 steps) from the back side entrance of the building that leads down to the 'Oasis Luxe Suite'. From the front entrance, there is a small flight of stairs (7 steps) that leads to the main level and then one additional flight down to the 'Oasis Luxe Suite'.

You will have the entire apartment on the lower level (Unit 1) to yourself with both front and back keyless entry accesses.

One assigned complimentary Garage Parking space is provided per rental unit.

NO PARKING IN THE SHARED DRIVEWAY that leads to the parking garage - your car may be towed at your own expense.

For your safety, we have one Ring security camera on the front of the building, one Ring security camera on the back of the garage facing the west side of the building, and one Ring security floodlight camera on the east side of the building facing the driveway. They will be on recording or motion-detecting during your stay.
