Well maintained and updated elevated beach home in Ocean Lakes, Holiday Inn Section. This 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom, ocean view beach house sits 120 feet from beach access. It is located on site 1185 in Ocean Lakes in Myrtle Beach, which is a family-oriented, 24-hour gated, security patrolled community with a multitude of amenities.

Ocean Lakes boasts nearly a mile of privately owned beachfront, it features eight fresh water lakes, a recreation center with supervised activities for children such as day camps, fire engine rides and playground activities. Facilities on site in the campground include a heated indoor pool, an outdoor olympic sized pool, kiddie pools, and water park, golf cart rental, three snack bars and an arcade with 80+ games, an outdoor theatre with scheduled events, playgrounds, basketball courts, shuffle board, skateboard park, miniature golf, dog park and wash, a full-time recreation staff, and a mile of beach all within the community grounds on over 300 acres.

The house has three ocean view decks, an open living room/dining room and kitchen floor plan with high 10 foot ceilings and ceramic tile floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, microwave and refrigerator with ice maker and a large serving bar. There is also a dining nook that seats 8 plus the bar that seats 3. There is also a 1/2 bath located next to the living room area.

The master bedroom is on the 1st floor with king size bed, private full bathroom, and access to an ocean view deck.

The washer and dryer are conveniently located on the main level.

The 2nd floor has a center hallway with four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The two front queen bedrooms each have upper level deck access for ocean viewing. A third queen bedroom sits across from the bunk room. The bunk room sleeps four, with 2 twin beds & 1 full bed. All four bedrooms have convenient access to the two full upstairs bathrooms.

The home has large tv's in the living room and master bedroom. The house has wifi.

Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented community and the rental of this house is intended for couples and families. We do not rent to groups under 25 years old.

Ocean Lakes requires guests register and pay a daily fee for parking. This entitles you to the use of all amenities. The charge for parking is per day/per vehicle and is not included in your rental.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day I will only accept weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday.
