This was a wonderful place for us to stay, a beautiful old house that is beautifully remodeled so that it's both comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the large room with the kitchen, dining, and living room furniture it was a great place to gather before and after our adventures. And the decorations are wonderful (a grammophone, a school bench, ...), they really fit well into the place to make it feel authentic. Wifi worked well too. We had no trouble fitting three cars in the private parking next to the house, by the way... it was convenient for us. Thanks for everything!

We absolutely loved this cottage. It’s even more charming and spacious in person! The beds are very comfortable and the attention to detail and effort put into the furniture and decor selection were well appreciated. We will definitely stay here again!!

What a beautiful property! So quaint with lots of antique details. We loved our stay here. Strasbourg is beautiful and we used Uber to get to the city center easily. Very good location for all Alsace has to offer, we were able to drive through many of the small towns. Our host was very very good with communication. Highly recommend this accommodation.

History

If you love the ambience of a quaint cottage with beautiful decor, this is the place to stay. The cottage was very clean and the hostess was helpful. The location was near public transportation. We enjoyed our stay there and would loved to stay there again.

Great house to visit Straßbourg

The house is lovely and renovated with an for detail. We liked the interiour, the ancient decoration and that it is close to the European Institutions and the city center (just about 15min to Place de la République. The sauna was also nice and the kitchen is well equipped. We had a great stay!

Our family of six LOVED our stay. The host was very friendly and accommodating. The cottage had everything we needed and also featured beautiful art in seemingly every direction you looked! We would love to stay here again.

We loved our stay

We loved this little cottage. It was very charming and exactly what we were looking for. Nathalie was very accommodating and easy to work with. It had all the amenities that we needed. It was far enough away from the city center to be peaceful, but it was just a short walk to the bus and metro to get around the city.

Perfect stay

We (4 adults) had a perfect stay at this lovely house. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. We were riding the EuroVelo 15 and it was very close to the route and convenient to shops and the centre of Strasbourg (about 10 minutes by Uber) We would love to stay again when we are back in Strasbourg.

Great place to get away

Cute cottage close to market and city Tram station. Natalie is friendly and helpful. The 300 year old cottage is cozy and reminiscent of the cottage in the movie the Holiday with all the modern comforts. Some additional lounging seating would be nice, but it met our needs for a short stay.

Lovely house and helpful owner

We spent a weekend here in early December. The house is beautifully restored and very cosy. It is easy to reach by tram and bus from the Gare Centrale making it a good location for visitors who don't have a car. The owner is friendly and offered good advice which helped us to find local restaurants where we enjoyed great meals.

A lovely cottage full of character

Charming space

This is a charming little cottage that made our stay quite magical. I loved all the attention to detail on the house and the location was fantastic; close to the city and yet removed from the noise. An organic supermarket was just down the street!

Great Place to Stay

It was a great place to stay the only thing I didn’t love was the lack of curtains in the downstairs bathroom facing the shower. However, it doesn’t face the street so someone would have to come on to property to see in so not a big concern. Loved it here and neighbor was adorable. Host was very nice and left an extremely helpful guide. Overall great experience!

A walk back into the 18th century

Natalie is an excellent host! The property was clean and appropriately warm when we walked in. The house was decorated in period decor for Christmas - a lovely touch!The home is well appointed with all the necessary amenities and the beds are incredibly comfortable!

Natalie’s cottage is a unique home in Strasbourg. Our family of 5 enjoyed restful sleep in comfortable beds, showering in endless hot water, preparing meals in the well appointed kitchen, eating meals at the roomy table, evening conversations in the living room with the lighted live Christmas tree. The entire cottage is thoughtfully decorated and preserves the history of centuries past. Short walks to grocery store, bakery & E tram to arrive in historic city center. It was a pleasure to meet you Natalie! Thank you for providing us a memorable time in Strasbourg - it felt like a home away from home. Merry Christmas!

Nice Stay in Quaint Cottage

I and my two adult daughters enjoyed our 4-night stay in this very cute house. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The house is a bit warm in very warm weather, especially upstairs, but both bedrooms upstairs had fans. The location is wonderful, with a large grocery store nearby, and trams to downtown are only a fairly short walk away. Robertsau is a nice village with several good bakeries!
