Full Summer Rental. Super clean place near the beach and Atlantic City!

*Coronavirus Information - Above and beyond anything else the health and safety of my guests is hands down the most important thing to me as a host. I just wanted to take a second to go thru my cleaning and sanitation process for any potential future guests. I personally clean the apartment in between guests myself. I do not use a cleaning service/company as I feel they would not be up to my standard. This eliminates multiple people in the apartment cleaning and extremely lowering the possible spread of germs, it is just me doing the cleaning. I take this process extremely serious and do not cut any corners. Lets face it amenities and bells and whistles (which I provide a bunch of) don't mean anything if a guest does not feel the property is clean and safe.

-All shower walls, floors, ceiling, interior curtain liners, shower head handles are properly sanitized and disinfected before check in. I wear gloves and a face mask when I do this to make sure I don't cut any corners and to insure it is properly disinfected.

-All bathroom sinks, medicine cabinets, toilets inside and out are properly cleaned and disinfected. Bathroom floors vacuumed, mopped and disinfected.

-All counter tops, kitchen sink, dining table, cupboard handles, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven are properly wiped down and disinfected.

-All comforters, pillow cases, sheets, blankets, towels, door handles, head boards, tv remotes, tables, fans, closet areas etc are all properly cleaned and sanitized.

-All beach gear, bikes, beach passes, beach chairs will be properly cleaned and sanitized in between guests.

There is not a single inch of my apartment that will get neglected. On top of the cleaning I do I also leave cleaning supplies, paper towels, disinfectant spray, hand soap and hand sanitizer under the kitchen sink for my guests to use as they please.

I know there is a good amount of concern right now about traveling and staying in unfamiliar places so just wanted to be up front and transparent about my process. Hope everyone has a healthy, happy, fun Summer! (Get lots of zinc, sleep, sun and Vitamin D and build up your immune system!) Feel free to message me with any questions regarding this issue.

My apartment is located 1 block to the bay and 3 blocks to the ocean in the heart of beautiful Ventnor City. 5-10 minute drive to Atlantic City. Everything you need is within a few blocks including the beach! It is an upstairs 2 bedroom 2 bath with great light! 19 new windows installed in September '18 so gets a great ocean/bay breeze. You can get a peak of the bay from the front deck and also the back bedroom. Weber grill on premises for the guests to use and enjoy the back yard.

*Included in Summer stay - 4 bikes, 4 beach tags, 4 beach chairs, cooler, 3 boogie boards, beach towels. You're beach ready!!

*Ask about different options for security deposits.

I've been renting the downstairs apartment for 6 years and just recently purchased the entire property in July 2018. Since I've owned it I've done the following to it and it includes these things.

- Brand new paint job and it looks darn nice if I do say so myself :)

- Replaced all 19 windows in the apartment.

-Ripped up carpet and refurbished old pine hardwood floors.

-Brand new furniture in every room has never been used as of Oct. 2018.

-Installed tank less gas water heater so you NEVER run out of hot water.

-Complete kitchen remodel. Brand new stove, microwave, cabinets, sink, White Arabesque Quartz countertop.

-3 smart TVs in unit. A 32 inch in each bedroom and 50 inch in living room. NFL Sunday ticket to enjoy if you re here on a Sunday.

-Beautiful backyard with Weber grill for your use.

-Security camera located on exterior of home.

-Great neighborhood and neighbors.

-I'm an experienced short term rental host and I put months of work into this apartment and I'm extremely proud of it. So come stay and hangout and enjoy it!

-Welcome to any and everybody 4 guests or fewer. Families, parents visiting for the new Stockton college nearby, couples, people traveling for business or just visiting. Come enjoy a well maintained and cared for property. Great experience guaranteed!!!

The entire upstairs apartment. The backyard. Available street parking. Garage if you need to store something while visiting.

I'll be living right below so I'll always be available if you have any questions or concerns but while you're here it is your apartment and I will not bother you unless you need me.

Great condo for a small group

Great location - 5 min walk to the beach. Super clean and both bedrooms have bathrooms. Features a balcony as well as sun room. Kyle was a great host and answered all our questions leading up to our stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property and friendly owner

Rental experience was easy from start to finish. Kyle was always available to answer questions. The apartment was spacious and clean! The upkeep is phenomenal. Plenty of room for 4 people and two bathrooms too! I will definitely be returning and renting from Kyle again. He had everything available for us to use, no need for us to pack anything but our clothes and some food. Five stars all the way!!!!

Perfect spot

Kyle’s property is just what we were looking for. An affordable, super clean and updated place to hang out and sleep, in between relaxing on the beach. The small deck out front came in handy too. We just loved it and we’ll be back for sure. The bikes and beach chairs were a huge plus and made packing easier. The apartment is pristine, comfortable and a ten minute (if that) walk to the beach.

Everything you need

Kyle was an awesome host and his home was not only super comfortable but super clean. We were apprehensive in using a home share during the pandemic but Kyle's beach house changed all that. Everything was clean and disinfected upon our arrival. We had brought our own towels, linens and blankets but after seeing how the home was kept, we didn't need to use them. Kyle has literally thought of everything you'd need from toiletries and extra disinfectants to creamer for your Keurig coffee. Also plenty of beach chairs, toys and bikes. The house is a short walk to beach and there are many places to eat near by that were open for business. Plenty of street parking in front of house and there is a partial bay view from the front porch. He also has a very nice back yard that guests can use and have a bbq. Book here for a safe and comfortable beach vacation. All you have to do is pack a bag.

Kyle's appartment was nothing short of perfect. The 5 stars speak for themselves. We had everything we needed and we were able to bike all over Ventnor and Margate, up to Atlantic City on the boardwalk. Perfect place for a shore getaway

We were super impression with this property. It came with everything we needed, especially since we came from out of town; bikes, beach chairs, beach tags. beach towels, toys, etc. Kyle was a great host. Immaculate, Adorable Rental

I stayed in Ventnor City apartment for a long weekend (Thursday thru Sunday) and was totally charmed by this sweet rental. The photos are definitely accurate to what you will find when you walk in each room. They only thing that the photos don't capture is the high ceilings... which give the unit a super spacious feel. To say the unit is clean is an understatement... it is immaculate. We slept in the front bedroom with the en suite bathroom. The mattress & pillows were very comfortable & the linens were soft, stain free & inviting. Ample room in bedroom walk in closet for all your belongings with plenty of hangers provided. Bathroom and all fixtures was spotless...not an errant hair to be found anywhere. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure in the shower. We ate out for the 3 nights, many cute restaurants, cafes and eateries all in walking distance. Even though we didn't utilize the kitchen... it was well appointed to prepare meals. Took advantage of the Keurig and stocked selection of coffee pods to get our day started each morning. when sitting on the sun porch. Enjoyed use of the beach bikes and chairs that are available to renters. Beach chairs are "backpack" style with straps, so you can easily carry them. Full disclosure, I was a bit hesitant to book when I read the owner, Kyle lived downstairs.....but he was helpful, informative and unobtrusive. Think of him like a chilled out concierge. Very responsive to phone & text inquires and you can see how much pride he takes in ownership of this sweet gem. I gladly give this rental , my highest recommendation and look forward to visiting Ventor City, NJ and this rental again.

Kyle’s place is so warm and inviting and amazingly clean and in such a great area. We really enjoyed our stay. My family and I had a great long weekend stay at Kyle’s place! It was very clean and had a great indoor and outdoor porch. Each bedroom was very large and we loved having 2 full baths. Kyle was a phenomenal host and made sure we felt comfortable during our stay. We will definitely be returning next summer! If you are looking for a great place to spend some time in Ventnor/Margate this is a great option!

We loved our stay at Kyle's place. He is the consummate host and went above and beyond in every way. For instance, we arrived early and Kyle let me elderly father sit in the air conditioning even though the place was being cleaned. He even had fresh vegetables from his garden that he had picked for us to eat. The place is also everything that is advertised and more. It's stocked with all of the necessities to make your stay comfortable. Plus the location is an easy walk to the beach. We loved our stay and highly recommend Kyle as a host and this condo as a place to stay in Ventnor!

Great Vacation in Ventnor!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful home! The property is well appointed with all the comforts of home. It’s super clean and the layout is perfect for families. I'm a big sports fan originally from Ohio so root for all Cleveland teams unfortunately lol :(. I love living near the beach and Atlantic City. I'm always grilling or cooking up something. Love going to to good restaurants. If you're here during the Summer I always have a garden going so free peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes while you're visiting during Summer :)
