The kitchen has been updated and is fully outfitted for your cooking pleasure. This unit has an inside Washer/Dryer providing a great convenience. The condo complex features a heated swimming pool, hot tub/spa, and Gas Grills. This unit has an assigned parking space, dedicated secure WIFI in your unit and free long distance calling in US and Canada. Reservations are scheduled from Saturday to Saturday only.

Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
