The Space:
You'll love this quaint, cozy and historic cabin. You might take a hike or ski for the day before coming "home" or perhaps you enjoy the wildlife in the park right outside your front door. If you want to vacation under the Milky Way and literally wrap yourself in a little slice of Montana heaven, this cabin will do the trick. Once you are tucked in for the night this peaceful little home will calm your nerves and the hot tub (available year-round) will take care of those worries. When you are ready, the comfy queen bed can help you with a good night sleep. This cabin sits next to many other historic cabins and the one right next door is Bears Inn which can be rented in conjunction with Wild Bill's Cabin. If you feel like venturing out, downtown Red Lodge sits only 5-6 blocks away and offers shopping, fine dining, great wine selections and local microbrew! There is room for one vehicle at this cabin. Come enjoy Red Lodge and have fun at Wild Bill Cabin!

The Neighborhood:
Red Lodge, nestled in the foothills of the Beartooth Mountains, is a wonderful place to visit if you are looking for family fun, a place to touch the wild, or just a chance to let your hair down. Whether you are wearing Birkenstocks or cowboy boots, you will find something to do here. (Although downtown is paved and we even have sidewalks, Jimmy Choos are probably not a great idea!)
In winter the road ends here. Downhill skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating, sledding and sleigh riding are just the short list of activities that you can do when visiting us.
In summer we revel in the Beartooth Pass opening. We are only 68 miles from Yellowstone Park, but plan on a good two hours` drive as the “Pass” is stunning in high mountain vistas, rocky cliffs, and jeweled lakes. The Custer National Forest is a haven for wildlife including elk, moose, mountain goats, big horn sheep, bears (black and grizzly), mountain lions and wolves. Golden marmots are often seen dashing across the trails. Golden and bald eagles often visit our area, as well as sandhill cranes and blue herons.

Red Lodge, Montana is a rural community that does offer internet and cell service throughout most geographic areas but, some locations are completely void of any internet or cell service. In town and within a 3-5 mile radius of downtown you will enjoy solid cell signal but during times when our population increases due to events, celebration (such as the Fourth of July), or emergency situations such as a wildfire you will notice that these online and cellular services slow down and sometimes, they can slow down to the point where you have to wait to place a call. We can’t do anything to help in these situations, so we encourage people to enjoy the freedom of being “unplugged” and to be patient.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that you had so much fun and found the cabin cozy. It’s an honor that your first trip together was spent with us, and we can’t wait to welcome you back for many more memories!
We stayed at Wild Bills Cabin in Red Lodge over Memorial Day weekend. It was quiet, romantic, and had wonderful amenities. We stayed three nights. The food and shopping in Red Lodge are amazing.
This is our third time staying with AAA Red Lodge Rentals on the edge of a lovely Main Street and within view of the mountains. We walk to restaurants and shops and drive only a few minutes to trailheads and the awesome Beartooth Pass. What could be better?

Perfect little get away, celebrating our Anniversary! Hot Tub was Clean and Nice. I felt bad about leaving dirty dishes, but the exit directions said to put them in the sink

Thank you for sharing your experience, and congratulations on your anniversary! We're so glad the hot tub was a hit and that you had a perfect getaway. No worries at all about the dishes – we appreciate you following the exit instructions! We hope you’ll consider staying with us again for your next special occasion.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Red Lodge. Cabin in excellent location with easy access to downtown. Cabin was clean and met our needs. If I had one recommendation it would be to definitely upgrade the coffee maker. Would suggest a k-pod style. Would definitely return.
The property was cute and cozy! Perfect size for two. Clean and easy to access everything needed. The hot tub was a great relaxing amenity! I would definitely stay here again!
Was a great stay, only problem was the step up in the cabin that tripped us up a few times...felt like we were not paying attention enough and realized we take for granted of even floors. Noone got hurt and thankful for it.
