- a fully equipped kitchen (stove with oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator ...) and dining room giving, through a bay window, on the terrace and the enclosed garden.

- a bedroom with its adjoining bathroom and WC.
The wooden terrace of 50 m² overlooks the walled garden and its hut also equipped with a kitchen (oven, refrigerator ...), a washing machine, a bar with its small terrace.

Lovely tasteful retreat in Vannes

We really enjoyed our stay here as it was easy to get into town and onto the N165. Perfect for exploring the Gulf of Morbihan. Shopping facilities nearby and a first-class patisserie in the immediate neighbourhood. The large living/dining kitchen, terrace and views of the large garden are a highlight of this town house.

Great rental - a home from home

Enjoyed a lovely week in this rental in Vannes. The owner was charming and very helpful. The house is well appointed - a wonderful kitchen and dining area with an outside deck and lovely back garden. Its about a 20 minute walk from town but there is a baker, butcher and small supermarket very nearby. We also bought oysters from a man who set up a stall down the road at the weekend. Vannes is a good base for the week and a nice town with a number of good restaurants if you don't fancy making use of the facilities of the gite. Would certainly come here again if we're back in this part of France.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus.Der Garten ist riesieg und bietet viel Schatten und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Auch die Aussenküche ist eine sehr nette Ergänzung.Von der Ausstattung her ist alles reichhaltig vorhanden. Vor allem die Küche ist sehr geräumig und bietet alles.Bad und Schlafzimmer sind auch sehr gut.Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist die Strasse vor dem Haus, dort ist an manchen Tagen Verkehr den man hören kann.Das eigene Auto kann man sehr gut auf der Strasse vor dem Haus oder in der Garage parken.Mit einem Fahrrad ist man auch in ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten in der Altstadt von Vannes. Es empfiehlt sich ein Fahrrad zu haben da die Stadt wenig Platz zum Parken hat.

Les plus : Cuisine et salle à manger lumineuse et Spacieuse. Magnifique jardin et grande terrasse Les moins : Literie tres inconfortable, les ressorts du matelas m’ont conduit chez le kinésithérapeute Cabine de douche un peu étroite pour un grand gabarit.
