I have discounted the already low rates due to a Fall Waterproofing and Balcony work that will start Mid September for Ocean Bay Club and run thru March. I have discounted the already low rate to reflect this work and will offer full cancelation if too disruptive during your stay. There will most likely be persistent noise Monday thru Saturday and I wanted guests not to be surprised.
We are located on the 14th floor in this Oceanfront Condo at the highly requested Ocean Bay Club, walking distance to the sights, sounds and fun on Main Street in North Myrtle Beach. New granite counter tops in Kitchen and Baths Jan 2024.
We will have Chairs and Umbrella(with Mikes Spike) available in the owners storage room for your use.

No guest motorcycles or golf carts are allowed on property.

True rent by owner, so no management fees. Sofa bed is available with sheets and pillows in closet if desired. Snowbird Rates for if full month is available.
