Such a pleasant location, and a fantastic pool!!
We very much enjoyed our short stay. Beautiful location! What a lovely view, so relaxing and nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of town. But, it is only about a 10 minute car drive into town, or to the beach. The host, Mireille, is very nice and accommodating.
As advertised, there is a queen bed on the first floor, and 3 twins upstairs. The upstairs is not a great space - it is attic space with sloping ceilings which I don't mind, but it has a very strange smell and there is zero air conditioning there, and really no windows other than 2 skylights. There is also a small bathroom upstairs which was nice. The only air conditioning is in the living room, and it definitely does not cool the entire space. We were there during an insane heat wave and it simply made the inside tolerable.
However, there are 2 powerful fans provided, which definitely helped. In the living room, there is a large sectional and small TV, with few channels. The wifi worked moderately well.
The pool was amazing, we really loved it. There was one other unit next to ours, and we saw those people once or twice, but it was almost like having a private pool for ourselves.
The kitchen was a nice big space, with a big dining table. There is a dishwasher, but we didn't use it, but a washing machine and dryer would really make this place nicer. Laundromats in town run up to 10 dollars or more to do a large load of laundry and dry it. My other suggestion would be to provide pool towels for guests. There is exactly one towel per guest, and without being able to do laundry, using it for the beach, pool, and bathing was not ideal.
Note you do have to go up a flight of stairs to enter.
We had a few minor complaints with this rental, but overall we really enjoyed it and I would certainly recommend it!
