Charmant Appartement à Deux pas de la Plage

This beachfront vacation rental in Narbonne-Plage is located on the second floor, 300 meters from the beach. It features an open-concept kitchen area connected to the living room with a sofa bed (140x190), a loggia, a bedroom with two 90x190 bunk beds, and a bathroom with a toilet.
The apartment includes a parking space and access to the residence’s communal pool.


It can accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment is located on the second floor and features built-in storage to maximize space.

Guests must bring their own towels, dish towels, bath mats, and sheets.

For the sofa bed:
- one sheet for a 140x190 mattress
- one 240x220 duvet cover
- 2 pillowcases.

For the 2 bunk beds:
- 2 sheets for a 90x190 mattress
- 2 duvet covers, 120x220
- 2 pillowcases.

There is no cleaning fee because guests are expected to clean the apartment before checking out. It’s quick and easy: just wipe down the oven, microwave, and refrigerator with a sponge, and dust the furniture and mirrors with a cloth. Wash and put away the dishes, vacuum, take out the trash, and finally, mop the floor. If this isn’t done, I’ll unfortunately have to withhold €50 from the security deposit.

You’ll find a bakery, a butcher shop, a supermarket, and restaurants within 500 m of the apartment, as well as kilometers of hiking trails.

When you arrive:
- turn on the electricity meter
- turn on the water faucet under the sink
- turn the fridge back on

When you leave:
- Turn off the fridge the night before and leave the door open before leaving the premises
- Close the blinds
- Turn off the water valve under the sink
- Turn off the electricity meter
