Would prefer monthly rentals so the home stays as beautiful as it is now.
Remodeled with all new furniture and original colorful art
-On Jack Nicklaus private course, your soon to be favorite hole,17. Carts and golfers can be viewed but not infringe on your privacy

-Unbelievable views...You do not see one man made thing , just nature at it s best. Mountains with great sunsets. Watch because some homes put in this gorgeous view but it is from the front door not the patio.

Large pool with heated hot tub 3 doors down, Why pay the homeowner $$$$ added to rent for a small pool? We use them all the time and have NEVER seen another person.

Work with great owner instead of a paper pusher at a management company. We are fun! My God, we live on Maui , how could we be anything but fun. We do have a manager down the street if you have an emergency.

Let me introduce ourselves. Ally and Gerry Harney. We are fairly newly married...8 years. We have two huge golden doodles , Harry , 3, a toddler and Sally, 7 months. I know you are smiling because you are thinking "When Harry met Sally" movie. We are so blessed to live on Maui but we have to admit we missed the desert. So we bought a home! So the fact that we can not be there very often, it is your advantage. We want to make this home so warm and comfortable that you will feel like you are home. You will want to make this an annual event. Welcome.
Why they chose this property
We did look at quite a few homes to find the perfect situation. The first thing we were looking for was view. Boy, did we find view,to say the least. We also wanted to be on one of the private courses which are quieter and less hectic. We did not want a cart path near us either. You want privacy to sit outside in your PJ's and your coffee. Very important was to be detached so we would have lots of land around us. We found the perfect situation. Also it had just been remodeled to the 9's. Fortunately it did not come furnished so we got to buy all new furniture. Well, I thought that was an advantage, not sure our check book did.
What makes this property unique
Views, views, views. You do not see any homes. Detached is very important so you do not have anyone with an adjacent wall. Plus the back yard is big. Two communities pools and jacuzzi within a few houses
